Cabo de Gata - Níjar. San José - Punta Polacra - Almería trekking routes

Time: Two hours.

The route aims to provide the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of the Gata - Níjar park, without any great effort.

From Las Negras town, the Cala del Cuervo can be seen to the south, not far away, after a beach.

Once on the aforementioned rocky promontory we can see once more looking southwards the Punta Polacra sinking into the sea. We can easily walk along there, going round sandy beaches, caves, cliffs and creeks, in and out at our ease. Going along the beach, we shall reach the rocks where Punta Polacra is.
