Municipal Auditorium "Príncipe de Asturias"

The Municipal Auditorium " Principe de Asturias" seats up to 1790 _ theatre style 5.668 cocktail/ reception and 1700 for Gala banquet. It is perfectly equipped for classical music concerts, ballet, theatre as well as all types of popular and cultural events; Seven dressing rooms, with an area of 197 square metres and three storage rooms.


The Pablo Picasso Cultural Centre

The formely named Colegio de Huerfanos de Ferroviarios ( The Orphans of railroad Employees collage), has been refurbished by the Town Hall of Torremolinos as a culture centre. This building, built between 1933 and 1936 protected and considered to be of cultural interest by the Junta de Andalucía is emblematic work of the Modern Movement.

Inaugurated the 12th of November 2001, the premises made up of 7000 square metres distributed on two floors, house the Municipal Cultural Workshops, The University School of Hotel and Tourism of Alcala de University, thetre, cinema, exhibitions halls, library and archives.
