And when you return it at the end of your stay, we will be waiting for you upstairs at the Departures Hall, so you can be on your way without delay - unlike the brokers, who often cause you to waste up to 40 minutes for your turn, and then leave you to walk from the parking area up to the Departures Gates.
And the fact that we don’t use brokers also means that we don’t have to pay high commissions which would be passed on to the customer. And don’t forget – all our cars are new! ALL CARS IN OUR FLEET ARE NEW.

Terms & conditions for car rental malaga
1) All prices are given in Euros and Pounds. Our rates include:
- Unlimited milleage.
- Fully comprehensive insurance.
- Pick-up and drop-off at Malaga Airport car rental, free of charge during opening hours (from 8am to 10pm).
- We allow a 2-hour grace period when returning your car.
- Local taxes for car rental at Malaga airport.
2) Drivers age:
- 23 years old for standard cars.
- 25 years old for people carriers and minivans.
- 27 years old for luxury cars.
3) You must have had a valid driver’s licence for at least one year.
4) No extra charge for additional driver.
5) You can deliver your car up to 2 hours late without having to pay extra.
6) The car is delivered with half tank of fuel, which you will pay for. You can return the car empty.
7) It is possible to deliver your car at the airport outside office hours (between 22.00 and 8.00) at an extra charge of 15 euros. There is no extra charge for returning your car outside office hours.
8) The local currency rates shown on our website are estimated prices provided for your convenience. Rental is paid in Euros. Your actual cost may vary depending upon currency conversion rates used by your credit card company.
What to do when you get to Malaga Airport
- After claiming your luggage, continue towards the exit (important: do not go downstairs), when you enter the arrivals hall, a MalagaCar.com representative will be there, holding up a sign with your name on it.
- For a small additional fee, we can deliver your car anywhere on the Costa del Sol.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Baby seat / Child seat: 2€ per day
o Baby seats (for children up to 18 kg)
o Child seats (seat which uses the normal seat belt)
- 2nd driver free, for additional driver there is an extra, 1€ per day
