This superbly reformed and enlarged home on the edge of the Las Brisas golf course, is completely surrounded by a stoned wall and the entrance is through an electronically controlled gates. The house consist of two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms with two bathrooms on the first floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV and a complete stereo equipment. The entrance hall leads into lovely large living room with fireplace and dining area, surrounded by glass doors with lead onto a large terrace. The spacious sitting room with beamed ceilings, lead into the ample kitchen and the dining room area. A gate in the garden wall leads onto golf course and there is a two car garage with remote control operated doors. The Gardens are lovely and there is an spacious pool area, with an outside covered terrace which has a full bar with electronically controlled blinds. Additionally there is an outdoors Summer dining area. Included in the price of the house is the Pool maintenance and a Gardener. Maid service is provided daily from 10.00 h. to 16.00 h. Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 10.00 h. to 13.00 h.
