There is an open fire place, Colour TV, Satellite, hi-fi equipment and two telephone lines with a fax machine. The ample kitchen is fully equipped with a gas & electrical cooker, full oven, grill, fridge & freezer, micro wave, etc, and a breakfast corner all with white lacquered kitchen furniture. The washing machine and tumble dryer, plus ironing room is situated adjacent to this facility. The house has gas operated central heating, a water tank, and a sauna, complemented with their own tennis court.The spacious terraces have various possibilities for leisurely time and all the exterior windows are equipped with blinds. An additional Barbecue area is situated on the ample Swimming pool area, which measures 12 x 6 metres, with an additional children pool area.
