Splendid property situated bordering the Guadalmina River, in between Estepona and Marbella, 200 metres into the Benahavis road and only 12 kilometres from Puerto Banus. The property is situated in a fantastic plot of over 15.000 m2 and is surrounded by a 3 metres high wall, affording superb privacy and quietness on a secluded and matured garden. The access to the houses is through an electronically operated gated door, into a driveway with a carport facility for up to 4 vehicles on Alcantara stone. The main house has a constructed area in excess of 650 m2 with a total of 6 bedrooms and five bathrooms located on a second floor (one of the bedrooms is in the ground floor and has direct exterior access) and most of them have en- suite facilities. The house of typical Andalusian style, has a rustic, still familiar ambience, combining modern comforts and space, and the second house has 2 luxury bedrooms, each one with an en suite, has been decorated with an oriental style furniture. A main porch area leads into the right hand to a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons of modern living. The Villa includes the valuable help of a couple, that will look after the well being of guests from Monday through to Saturday lunch time, taking care of the cleaning of the house, shopping (at clients expense), cooking, laundry and ironing and other general chores, such as gardening and pool keeping. The indoor dining area blends into the spacious sitting area, with an ample fireplace. From all the ground floor areas of the house, one has excellent views of the garden. The pool a masterpiece of work has an irregular kidney shape with beautiful palm trees and shrubs. In the vicinity at approx. 5 kilometres one has the beautiful town of Benahavis, where there is more than 40 different restaurants to satisfy each taste. The Internationally known Puerto Banus is only 13 kilometres away and the beaches of Guadalmina or Atalaya are only 2.5 / 3 kilometres away (approx).
