Beautiful villa situated in the residential urbanisation Guadalmina Baja. The beach is just a five minutes walk away, and the 36-holes golf course Guadalmina is part of the urban area. Close to the area, there is a commercial centre with supermarket, restaurant, chemist, etc. At about a five minutes drive is the pretty village of San Pedro de Alcantara with its many typical Spanish restaurants. Puerto Banus is about an 8 minutes drive. Guadalmina Baja is a quiet urbanisation with many luxurious villas and because of its central location makes an ideal holiday destination. Villa Melta is a very beautiful property with modern architecture. In total, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. You enter the plot through an automatic gate; there are plenty of parking spaces. Entering the house there is a large hallway from where you go into the living room, with several sitting areas, one of them with an open fireplace. Opposite the living area is the dining table seating eight people. From the living room there is a direct access to the covered terrace with additional dining and sitting furniture overlooking the lagoon-shaped pool with cascades and an there is an island and palm tree in the center. Teak-wooden sun beds and a Jacuzzi surround the pool. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of them, the spacious master suite with sitting area and private terrace. The guest bedrooms all have there own bathroom and double beds. On the ground floor are the two more bedrooms with bathrooms; both of them have a private entrance. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, grill, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave.
