Turkish Airlines has reported an increase in frequency of flights between Malaga airport, the capital of the Costa del Sol and Istanbul the gateway to the east, due to the enormous demand experienced since the opening of this route last month.
The company will increase thus from June 28 weekly direct flights from three to four flights a week. These frequencies are in addition to two daily flights from Madrid and three daily flights from Barcelona, as well as four weekly from Valencia also opened a few weeks ago.
This means that passengers can connect to over 178 destinations worldwide in 80 countries, mostly in Asia and Africa. Currently flights are operated with a fleet mix of Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A320.
