Christmas in the capital of the Costa del Sol

Since early December, you can enjoy in the streets and squares of Malaga many activities related to the Christmas period including concerts, theatre, storytelling, exhibitions, and of course the traditional New Year’s bells and the Three Kings Parade.

Children can enjoy during these days MIMA, the Children’s Fair Malaga. For a few weeks, the Exhibition and Congress Centre of Malaga will become a game room with more than 50 activities, among which are an ice rink, a climbing wall, a football field, zip lines, inflatable giants, jumpings, trampolines, cycling track, basketball, golf area, etc.

There will be drama workshops and crafts, face painting, recycling workshops, clay, plates and balloon twisting. And new this year is the Recreation Area, an area with rides and a multitude of consoles.

In addition, outside the Congress centre and as a parallel activity to ‘MIMA’, there is installed a circuit of 2,000 square meters of Karting adapted to all ages.

When: December 26th to January 4th.
Hours: 11 am to 9 pm (December 31 and January 1, closed).

The ticket price is 5 Euros for children 2 to 12 years and adults. The ice rink and climbing wall with zip are the only activities that are not included in the price of admission and cost EUR 4 and 2 respectively.

The Malaga Congress centre is situated in the outskirts of Malaga city, about 9 km from Malaga airport, on the motorway A-7, which a direct exit (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos).
