In 2021 has been launched the eighth Golf generation, a segment-leading compact car. It is a sporty and versatile five-door compact with room for up to five passengers and comfortable seating, ideal for both short journeys and road trips.
In terms of technology, this Golf has a fully digital dashboard, called Innovation Cockpit, as well as 'Car2X', an innovative system that connects the car to its surroundings. In addition, LED headlights, climate control and keyless start are standard. Operating the control elements will take some getting used to in order to avoid distractions.
The luggage compartment has a volumetric capacity of 374 litres, which can be increased to 1,230 litres thanks to the folding rear seats.
BMW 1 Series
The BMW 1 Series is a high-end compact model for drivers who prefer a sportier drive. The BWM 1 Series is the German manufacturer's smallest and most affordable model and the only compact equipped with rear-wheel drive.
Standard equipment in the BMW 1 Series includes the BMW Professional radio and iDrive Controller to operate the menus on the 6.5-inch display integrated in the dashboard, Bluetooth connectivity and an integrated SIM card that automatically communicates the car with the emergency services in the event of an accident, connected drive, Stop&Go, as well as a state-of-the-art parking system that allows you to park in the tightest of spaces.
It is a decidedly sporty compact car and therefore offers limited space in the rear, so it is not necessarily suitable as a family car. The boot has a capacity of 360 litres as standard.
