Nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Shuttleservice ohne Probleme. Personal sehr freundich und schnelle Abwicklung. Auto top und im tadelosen und sauberen Zustand. Ich buche wieder gerne bei malagacar.

Vertrauen Sie allen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen, sie sind genau. Wir nutzen diese Firma die ganze Zeit und wenn Sie alles richtig lesen, gibt es keine versteckten Überraschungen. Ein weiterer problemloser 2-wöchiger Mietwagen im August.

Hallo zusammen, Leider kann ich hier für den Abholservice am Flughafen nur negatives berichten. Ich bin am 11.09.17 mit 20min Verspätung 00:15 Uhr von Mallorca kommend in Malaga gelandet. Am vereinbarten Treffpunkt (vor dem Ankunftsgebäude) war von einem Mitarbeiter weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Nach mehreren Anrufversuchen (dauernd Mailbox) und einer guten Dreiviertel Stunde Wartezeit entdeckte ich dann den an anderer Stelle wartenden Shuttlebus des Vermieters. Nichts mit Schild oder ähnlichem vor dem Ankunftsgebäude . Telefonisch nachts niemand zu erreichen ist gerade bei 35,00 € für den nächtlichen Service sehr negativ. Die Sachbearbeiterin vermittelte auch den Eindruck „Nimm die Karre und laß mich in Ruhe" Positiv Kein Verkauf von Zusatzversicherungen ... Vielleicht trägt diese Bewertung zur Verbesserung der Serviceleistungen bei. Mit freundlichen Grüßen L.Joepe

Ich habe Malagacar.com gerade zum vierten Mal in den letzten 4 Jahren benutzt und wieder war der Service ausgezeichnet. Problemlos, schneller Service und keine versteckten Extras bei der Abholung des Autos. Lassen Sie sich nicht davon abschrecken, dass die Autos nicht vor Ort am Flughafen Malaga sind, da sie weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Minibus entfernt sind und wir höchstens 5 Minuten auf einen Transfer gewartet haben! Insgesamt ein hervorragendes professionelles Urlaubsautovermietungsunternehmen zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen und effizient, danke.

Hallo, ich bin kein Fan von Bewertungen, aber jetzt muß ich einfach. Habe dieses Jahr zum 3. Mal bei Malagacar ein Auto gebucht, und bin wieder 100% zufrieden. Durch Full-Pack Tarif schnelle Abfertigung und promblemlose Abgabe. Auto relativ neu und sauber. Einfach SUPER! Buche im Februar wieder hier!!!!!!!

Ausgezeichneter schneller Service. Keine Wartezeit für Transfers vom oder zum Flughafen. Sehr schneller Check-in. Das Auto war sehr sauber und ziemlich neu. Werde es auf jeden Fall wieder benutzen.

Hello, how does your company work? I call and they tell me 96 euros, then 204 euros... everything is clear and I stay quiet... but after I said this, the staff laughed at me and told me they would charge me 20 euros more for being late. Almost hit me at 2 in the morning and... and they told me they wouldn't rent me the car. Is the person working the owner or what? After a long trip, some kids try to mess with me. They told me to go somewhere else. Where can I file a complaint? This is not serious. Also, the car had starting problems. This is on Facebook... look. Today, the last day of the trip, we returned the car and good, I managed to get this damn car started. I don’t trust it; it doesn't start well unless it’s already on. I don’t feel like being stranded and not making it to Malaga. This damn company. Look at their page—one week, 65 euros. For picking it up later, 96 euros, and then they tell you 70 euros more for extra insurance. Or they take a 2000-euro credit card. Who has a 2000-euro credit card? Total 204 euros. I told them: how does this work? You trick people with your website. How many foreigners are you scamming every moment? A bunch of cocky kids in the rental office. They told me: I won’t rent it to you at 2 AM unless my wife is here, I’m leaving to another place. Why do we have to put up with this crap on vacation? I'm so stupid that I’m polite. I take good care of the car. I just wanted to drop off the keys. I feel like shitting inside so they’d have a memory of me like that. They almost attacked me at the rental car office. So MalagaCar is crap. When I'm back in Sweden, I will file a complaint. I'm going to send it to 70,000 people so they can see what garbage you are. So let’s spread the word. Everyone. First of all, we are sorry that you feel this way, although I must say that the conditions are clearly stated. In fact, this is your second rental with us and both were under the same conditions, so we believe this must have been a misunderstanding on your part.
 
When you booked the car, you should have read the terms and conditions of the rate you selected, but even so, in the booking confirmation vouchers we again explain the type of rate chosen.
 
In your confirmation voucher it is clearly specified that fuel costs between 30 and 65 euros depending on the rented vehicle. You paid €35.91. “The vehicle will be delivered with half a tank of fuel (between 30 € and 65 €)”
Picking up the car at the time you did has a cost of €35. Also clearly indicated: “Collection of vehicles between 23 h and 8 h / 11 pm and 8 am. The collection of vehicles between the mentioned hours has a surcharge of 35”
You are not obliged to take out full coverage insurance, but you must leave a deposit of 1200 euros, not 2000 as you claim. “Vehicles that are in groups A, B, C, C1, C2 have an all risk insurance with 1000 € excess. The additional insurance to cover the above mentioned damages and the excess is 12 € per day with a minimum of 36 € and a maximum of 168 € per 28 day rental period. For rentals of 29 days or more, the price is 6 €/day.”

Hallo wir haben jetzt im August zum ersten mal über malagacar gebucht, und muss sagen das wir nie mehr woanders buchen werden. Keine 3 Stunden warten, nettes Personal, gute Autos. Es ging einfach alles so schnell, Wagen holen und abgeben. War alles klasse. Bis zum nächsten Sommer malagacar. Grüße aus berli

Absolut entsetzlicher Kundenservice. Noch nie wurde ich so unhöflich angesprochen, nachdem unser Mietwagen storniert wurde und daher nicht am Flughafen wartete, und als ich erneut buchte, wurde mir gesagt, ich sei "dumm". Brauch verloren. Ein sehr stressiger Weg, um einen Urlaub mit einem fünfjährigen Kind im Schlepptau zu beginnen. Nie wieder.

Sehr geehrter Kunde,
Es tut uns leid, dass Sie Ihr Auto nicht abholen konnten. Sie hatten keine Kreditkarte und lehnten es ab, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. Sie sagten, Sie hätten die Geschäftsbedingungen nicht gelesen (Sie hatten den Buchungsbeleg auf Ihrem Handy), also zeigten Ihnen meine Kollegen die Geschäftsbedingungen, um Ihnen zu helfen.

Ich benutze seit vielen Jahren Sommer- und Winterautos am Flughafen Malaga. Schneller Service bei der Ankunft und keine Probleme bei der Rückgabe. Ich würde das Full-Package empfehlen, da Sie dann keine Sorgen haben. Alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und höflich. Ich hoffe, dass ich das Gebiet von Malaga noch viele Jahre nutzen werde.
