Ich würde auf jeden Fall die Vollkaskoversicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung empfehlen. Für ein paar Euro mehr erlebt man bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs keine unangenehmen Überraschungen, vor allem wenn, wie bei uns geschehen, jemand das Auto zerkratzt, ohne seine Kontaktdaten zu hinterlassen. Mit diesem Unternehmen und dieser Art von Versicherung können Sie beruhigt sein. Meine nächste Reise nach Spanien wird nicht ohne Málagacar.com stattfinden.

Ich konnte diese Firma nicht bemängeln, keine versteckten Kosten und schönes Auto zu einem anständigen Preis. Ich hatte auch nicht das Auto auf der Rückfahrt betankt, da ich einen frühen Flug hatte, aber Malagacar.com hat mich nicht abgezockt. Ich habe nur das getankt, was ich gebraucht habe. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde es auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Ich habe Malagacar in den letzten 8 Jahren benutzt, sehr netter Service und freundliches Personal, keine Probleme. 

Sehr seriöser Mietservice. Bei unserer Ankunft am Flughafen wartete ein Shuttle auf uns, um das Fahrzeug abzuholen, und dasselbe für die Rückfahrt, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Keine Wartezeiten, alles war perfekt. Ich empfehle sie zu 100%.

To whom it may concern An official that will be filing in the complaints book. I have never experienced such unprofessional, dishonest and inconsiderate behaviour from a business ever. We have a house in Malaga come here all the time over the years and always rent a cars... mostly from other providers but this time we decided to go with Malaga car... this was a big mistake. At approximately 6.20pm on Friday 5th of April we heard a loud bag in the car and then suddenly the steering wheel was loose and noise coming from the car was extreme. We pulled over as luckily we were close to a car park. Then we called the Malaga car and sent the location as instructed. They said they would send a truck to pick up the car and a taxi to get my husband bring him to Malaga and give us another car and then he would have to drive back... they would come in 20-40mins. Malaga is approx 56mins away from were we are.. so to suggest that we wait around with our child for them to come and then we take 2 hours out of our day to get another car was outrageous. There were 2 other options that should have been placed on the table. 1. A person drives a new car to us and then gets a taxi back to Malaga. 2. The tow truck has a new car on the back and we do an exchange. We paid for the full pack including break down assistance... if we were on a side of a motorway would this have happened with a child? 20-40mins and no taxi or truck turned up. We called again... they said they would be there in 10 mins ... Another 40mins past and still no truck but the taxi was there ... My husband called and said he was leaving as he had been waiting 2 hours in the car by the side of the road. He said if the truck didn't turn up in 10 mins they would have to make other arrangements as my husband has just finished work and yet to eat. At 9pm we got a call that they were there, he had left as he was no sitting in the dark with no food for hours. They then apologised and now suggested that they bring a car to us at our home here today at 9am ....nearly 11pm and still no car. What makes this even worse is that this is our second car we had to exchange on such a short trip. The first had a bolt in the tyre and we had to bring back to Malaga airport to exchange for a new car... again more time we had to waste. Malaga car hire should be ashamed of how it handles business. We have many friends over here and I will ensure no one uses this business. I will also ensure I get a full refund and bill for my husband's hours wasted... should come to a few thousand as he earns a substantial salary. Also social media will know of this horrendous car hire company. We will not let this go as we still have no car on the last day of our holiday. Wir haben im September gemietet und es war fantastisch, super freundliches Personal, das Auto, was kann ich sagen? Fantastisch, sie gaben uns einen neuen Ford 9-Sitzer und auch automatisch. Im September werden wir wiederholen, sicher werden sie den Standard nicht senken. Wir in der Regel mieten jedes Mal, wenn wir nach Spanien gehen, das einzige negative ist, dass Sie nur in Malaga sind.
