Mijn beste ervaring met het huren van een auto. Onberispelijke service. Veel dank aan de heer Antonio Rueda voor zijn uitleg, zijn vriendelijkheid en zijn professionalisme. Ik zou zeker de uitgebreide verzekering zonder eigen risico aanraden. Voor een paar euro extra kom je niet voor onaangename verrassingen te staan als je het voertuig terugbrengt, vooral niet als er, zoals bij ons gebeurde, iemand een kras op je auto maakt zonder zijn contactgegevens achter te laten. Met dit bedrijf en dit type verzekering kun je gerust zijn. Mijn volgende reis naar Spanje zal niet zonder Málagacar.com zijn.

U hebt een loyaliteitsprogramma, maar ik kan op deze versie van uw website geen manier vinden om in te loggen.

Ik kon geen fouten maken bij dit bedrijf, geen verborgen kosten en een mooie auto voor een fatsoenlijke prijs. Ik had de auto ook niet getankt bij terugkomst omdat ik een vroege vlucht had, maar Malagacar.com heeft me niet opgelicht. Ik vulde gewoon in wat ik gebruikte. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden en zal het zeker weer gebruiken.

Het beste van het beste! Waarom beginnen ze niet in heel Spanje en heel Europa! Weg met de slechte! ALLEEN MALAGACAR FORMAAT! 1 woord is van toepassing = VERTROUWEN

Ik gebruik Malagacar al 8 jaar, zeer goede service en vriendelijk personeel, geen problemen. 

Zeer serieuze verhuurservice. Een shuttle wachtte ons op bij aankomst op de luchthaven om het voertuig op te halen en hetzelfde voor de terugreis, wat zeer gewaardeerd werd. Geen wachttijden, alles was perfect. Ik raad hen 100% aan.

Ik raad dit verhuurbedrijf ten zeerste aan. Top personeel. Perfecte auto. Snel ophalen en terugbrengen. Waar voor je geld.

To whom it may concern An official that will be filing in the complaints book. I have never experienced such unprofessional, dishonest and inconsiderate behaviour from a business ever. We have a house in Malaga come here all the time over the years and always rent a cars... mostly from other providers but this time we decided to go with Malaga car... this was a big mistake. At approximately 6.20pm on Friday 5th of April we heard a loud bag in the car and then suddenly the steering wheel was loose and noise coming from the car was extreme. We pulled over as luckily we were close to a car park. Then we called the Malaga car and sent the location as instructed. They said they would send a truck to pick up the car and a taxi to get my husband bring him to Malaga and give us another car and then he would have to drive back... they would come in 20-40mins. Malaga is approx 56mins away from were we are.. so to suggest that we wait around with our child for them to come and then we take 2 hours out of our day to get another car was outrageous. There were 2 other options that should have been placed on the table. 1. A person drives a new car to us and then gets a taxi back to Malaga. 2. The tow truck has a new car on the back and we do an exchange. We paid for the full pack including break down assistance... if we were on a side of a motorway would this have happened with a child? 20-40mins and no taxi or truck turned up. We called again... they said they would be there in 10 mins ... Another 40mins past and still no truck but the taxi was there ... My husband called and said he was leaving as he had been waiting 2 hours in the car by the side of the road. He said if the truck didn't turn up in 10 mins they would have to make other arrangements as my husband has just finished work and yet to eat. At 9pm we got a call that they were there, he had left as he was no sitting in the dark with no food for hours. They then apologised and now suggested that they bring a car to us at our home here today at 9am ....nearly 11pm and still no car. What makes this even worse is that this is our second car we had to exchange on such a short trip. The first had a bolt in the tyre and we had to bring back to Malaga airport to exchange for a new car... again more time we had to waste. Malaga car hire should be ashamed of how it handles business. We have many friends over here and I will ensure no one uses this business. I will also ensure I get a full refund and bill for my husband's hours wasted... should come to a few thousand as he earns a substantial salary. Also social media will know of this horrendous car hire company. We will not let this go as we still have no car on the last day of our holiday. We hebben in september gehuurd en het was fantastisch, super vriendelijk personeel, de auto wat kan ik zeggen? Fantastisch, ze gaven ons een nieuwe ford 9 zitter en ook automaat. In september doen we het weer, ze zullen de standaard zeker niet verlagen. We huren meestal elke keer als we naar Spanje gaan, het enige negatieve is dat je alleen in Malaga bent.
