Nachdem ich schon vier verschiedene Autovermietungen erlebt habe, war Malagacar ein weiteres Glücksspiel! Nur dieses Mal waren sie hilfreich, höflich und schnell für diesen Neuling! Brillant, ich empfehle Ihren exzellenten Service sehr gerne weiter! Gut gemacht

Ich benutze Malagacar schon seit über 10 Jahren. Hatte diese Woche eine sehr enttäuschende Anmietung. Erstens war das zugewiesene Auto schmutzig und stank. Das zweite Auto war sehr alt und roch nach Zigaretten (wir sind Nichtraucher). Auf der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen wurden wir an der Ankunftshalle abgesetzt. Man hat uns nicht gesagt, warum, und der Fahrer hat sich nicht gemeldet. Wir haben ewig gebraucht, um den Abflugbereich zu finden, da die Beschilderung minimal war. Wir kamen heiß und gestresst am Abflugort an. Sehr enttäuscht vom Malagacar-Service dieses Mal.

Been renting through these guys for many years. Picked up our latest car late on Friday night. What a bag of old nails it is!! 3 years old! Scratches all over and an exhaust that is about to fall off!! Not the experience I hoped for being a loyal customer. I doubt I will use them in October when we are hoping to be back next.

Ich habe letzte Woche ein Auto bei Malagacar gemietet und alles lief perfekt. Ich wurde am Treffpunkt am Flughafen begrüßt, der Shuttle brachte mich zum Büro vonwir in der Nähe des Flughafens, wo das Auto auf mich wartete. Es gab nur minimale Formalitäten und ich war sehr schnell unterwegs. Irgendwann stellte sich heraus, dass die Scheibenwischer nicht funktionierten, und die Mitarbeiter wiesen mir sofort ein anderes Auto zu. Ich kann Malagacar nur empfehlen und werde mich jederzeit wieder an sie wenden, wenn ich einen Mietwagen in Málaga brauche.

It’s incredible not to have received a satisfaction request this year after renting a vehicle in May. True, we landed at 23:15, the shuttle couldn’t pick us up until 00:00, and we received a vehicle at 00:15, which was then stopped by the Guardia Civil, and we received a report to be submitted to Malagacar of €200 because the vehicle had an expired inspection. And there was no apology or goodwill from them, which is surprising for a well-known 4.5‑star site. One can question its reliability—after several years of renting from them.
