Zeer goed georganiseerde verhuurservice. Regelmatige shuttle om naar de luchthaven te gaan. Auto in zeer goede staat. Ik raad het zonder aarzeling aan.

Ik heb ze al een paar jaar niet meer gebruikt, maar ze zijn mijn eerste keuze als ik een auto nodig heb. Ze hebben me nog nooit in de steek gelaten. Vrolijk kerstfeest vanuit Manchester.

We hadden pech, een lekke band. Jullie hebben er op een uitzonderlijke manier voor gezorgd. Nog nooit zo’n snelle pechhulp gehad. Bedankt. We boeken al enkele jaren via Malagacar. We zijn erg blij.

We hebben al 6 keer een auto gehuurd en kijken al uit naar begin januari, wanneer we weer voor vele weken een auto zullen overnemen.

We huurden een auto voor 3 dagen en zijn zeer tevreden. Alles verliep perfect. In een oogwenk hadden we de autosleutels en konden we vertrekken. Ik raad deze autoverhuur ten zeerste aan. Lenka Audyová

We have booked with malagacar.com several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately we cannot give 5 stars this time, because upon arrival on November 1, 2021 we had to wait one hour for the vehicle. At times only 2–3 counters were open. Moreover, our car had damage to the windshield blade that we only noticed in bright backlight. It looked as if it had been sandblasted. We tried to clean the glass in various ways—unsuccessfully. Driving in bright backlight was very uncomfortable. License plate: 2483KXP. The vehicle will be returned on November 30. Despite the 3-star rating we will book again with malagacar.com. Thank you for taking note of our concern.

When we first rented a car from you we were very happy with everything. The next time (june/july) we had to shorten our rental period due to death in the immediate family and we had to return home earlier. I contacted you and asked and was told we would get a refund for the unused days. I did as we were told and sent you an email after returning the car, telling the day and time of the return. But than nothing happened. I contacted you several times in july and august, but got no other info than it was sent to the administrative department. I asked how to get in contact with them, but no response. We have bought a house in Spain and would be frequent customers if this was sorted out, and asked for a voucher to be used for a new rental instead, to make it easier on your part, not to have to refund money, but still no response. Why does it take so long, why no reconnection with the customer? Please handle this, and we would be happy to rent with you again.

Een geweldig bedrijf! Al vele jaren huren we alleen daar onze auto. (Vroeger huurden we bij een ander bedrijf.) Duidelijk, comfortabel en goedkoop. Ik raad het aan, je zult geen betere vinden!

I rented a car from you in September and October. The prices were very competitive, both cars were in excellent condition and the staff very friendly. However the queue to pick up the on both occasions was long . It took nearly an hour in October. I’m flying into Malaga airport again in April and would like to use your company again but would like some assurance that I will not have to wait as long again. I was surprised that each member of staff took the customer to their car. Could one person be designated to do this? Online a suggestion.
