Voor Malagacar huurde ik in de terminal en werd ik 3 keer opgelicht, mijn kaart werd gedebiteerd voor onkosten met de aanvullende verzekering. Sinds 5 jaar huur ik bij Malagacar. Super, geen wachttijden, het sympathieke personeel is uitstekend, ik raad ze aan, geen probleem.

My family and I have been hiring a car many times a year for 15 yrs with Malaga Car, I was very disappointed to see you added a new 35 Euro snr driver surcharge when i Tried to book today. Fortunately I was able to get a booking without this surcharge and the hire rate was also cheaper,

I have used Malagacar several times and always had a really good experience. The last time we hired a car from them, we got a brand new Volvo, which was obviously clean. The previous time we hired, 2 weeks before, we had a corolla which was equally clean. The collection process literally took 2 mins with the details pre-registered.and the friendly assistant, Patricia, was very professional and helpful. The car return was equally expedient. The rental a couple of weeks earlier coincided with the national power cut, which meant we were unable to refuel because the fuel pumps at the petrol stations were out. When we got back to the car hire depot, they immediately waived the excess refueling charge, which was welcomed at the end of our stressful drive. I have several more hires booked with Malagacar for this year, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Aangenaam ongecompliceerd, vooral de terugreis. Geen probleem dat er 's nachts geen tankstation open was.

Ik heb jarenlang naar volle tevredenheid bij u gehuurd, maar deze keer had ik een auto met een vreselijke rammel ergens achterin en smerige vlekken op de stoelen. Als dit de standaard is die u nu aanbiedt, zal ik ergens anders heen moeten gaan.

Zeer goede ervaring, eindelijk een verhuurbedrijf waar je bij het terugbrengen van het voertuig niet bang bent om opgelicht te worden, heb ik alle foto's wel goed gemaakt, ben ik geen krasje vergeten, kortom bij Malagacar is al deze stress vergeten, wat een geluk. ... top organisatie, top personeel ondanks de taalbarrière, kortom je zult begrijpen dat ik 1000% tevreden ben.
