Na vier verschillende autoverhuurbedrijven te hebben gehad, was Malagacar weer een gok! Alleen deze keer waren ze behulpzaam, beleefd en snel voor deze nieuwkomer! Briljant, ik ben erg blij om jullie uitstekende service aan te bevelen! Goed gedaan

Ik gebruik Malagacar al meer dan 10 jaar. Ik had deze week een zeer teleurstellende huurauto. Ten eerste was de toegewezen auto vies en stonk. De tweede auto was erg oud en rook naar sigaretten (wij zijn niet-rokers). Op de terugreis naar het vliegveld werden we bij aankomst afgezet. Er werd ons niet verteld waarom, geen communicatie van de chauffeur. Het duurde eeuwen voordat we de vertrekhal vonden, de bewegwijzering was minimaal. We kwamen heet en gestrest aan bij vertrek. Erg teleurgesteld in de service van Malagacar deze keer.

Been renting through these guys for many years. Picked up our latest car late on Friday night. What a bag of old nails it is!! 3 years old! Scratches all over and an exhaust that is about to fall off!! Not the experience I hoped for being a loyal customer. I doubt I will use them in October when we are hoping to be back next.

Het is een geweldig bedrijf, snelle levering, geweldige medewerkers, goede hulp, en ik raad het iedereen aan, groeten, hun motto is kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Ik heb vorige week een auto gehuurd bij Malagacar en alles verliep perfect. Ik werd begroet op het ontmoetingspunt op de luchthaven, de shuttle bracht me naar het kantoor in de buurt van de luchthaven waar de auto op me stond te wachten. Er waren minimale formaliteiten en ik was heel snel op weg. Op een gegeven moment bleek dat de ruitenwissers niet werkten en het personeel wees me meteen een andere auto toe. Ik beveel Malagacar aan en ik zal naar ze teruggaan als ik een huurauto in Malaga nodig heb.

True, we landed at 23:15, the shuttle couldn’t pick us up until 00:00, and we received a vehicle at 00:15, which was then stopped by the Guardia Civil, and we received a report to be submitted to Malagacar of €200 because the vehicle had an expired inspection. And there was no apology or goodwill from them, which is surprising for a well-known 4.5‑star site. One can question its reliability—after several years of renting from them.
