Een auto geboekt bij Malaga Car voor twee maanden, helaas moest ik door een familie rouw de auto na twee weken terugbrengen. Ze waren zo begripvol en betaalden me het saldo van mijn betaling binnen enkele dagen terug. Uitstekende service elke keer. Ik zou nergens anders een auto boeken. Brendan Vaughan

De laatste keer dat we in Malaga verbleven hebben we een auto gehuurd bij Malagacars en waren super tevreden over de service en de concurrentieele prijs .We huren zeker volgende maal terug bij Malaga Cars

This happened more then 10 years ago and I hope Malagacar changed their processes for providing assistance. We had a flat tyre in Sevilla on a spanish bank holiday and called the assistance number. Irene took the phone and told us that we need to go back to the hotel but refused to arrange a tow car or any repair service. I was travelling with my family a one year old and a 6 year old my wife and me. The hotel was in the old city of Sevilla and carrying the 100 kg luggage back to the hotel was impossible as we already checked out. I asked her as well if she could look up in the interent a number of an open car towing shop. Again refusal to provide service. At the end I arranged all myself and had to pay EUR 344.14. After many email exchanges Jose Alberto Anglada wrote on 15 October 2010 the following Dear Mr. Schaffner, Thanks for your email. I have been speaking with Irene, the staff who answered the phone. Firstly, she told You the tow truck was covered by the insurance but We had to call them, so in this case You had to pay nothing about this. If You called, You had to pay for it. Anyway I need You give us the receipt and I will try the insurance company pay for this but I have to try I t before. We need as well the invoice for wheels and then We can give You back the money but the wheels, but only this at the moment. Regards, J. Alberto Anglada What Irene told Jose Alberto Anglada was an outright lie she never told us that the tow truck was covered by the insurance. Even worse she never offered to arrange a tow truck at all. I wrote a letter to the owner of Malagacar , Jose Amos Garcia Magallanes, attaching all the invoices and the email exchange with Jose Alberto Anglada. Mr. Amos called me up and told me that for him this is serious business and he would need to make Irene redundant if my claim was right. I told him that if she had done her job the first thing you would ask with any assistance service is, where are you located. She never asked that. I told him to ask Irene if she knew and if she recorded our location. I knew she could not document her claims. There is a unique logic to this. If you call an assitance service you call them because you are in trouble and you need help and you'll do anything to support them providing you with help. Who on earth would call an assitance with the intention to tell that she/he arranges everything on their own so that the assitance does not have to do anything. If you rent a car with Malagacar the first thing I would do now is call the assitance of Malagacar and tell them that you are in trouble and listen well what the first questions are. If they refuce then it is clear if they don't ask where you are located then I would immediately return the car otherwise if you are stuck somewhere you are then really in trouble. Andreas Schaffner

Perfecte service, prima wagens, vriendelijk personeel

We hebben van november 2020 tot maart 2021 een Kia Ceed gehuurd. Alles ok. We waren zeer tevreden bijna nieuwe auto weinig kilometers goede huurprijs. We willen opnieuw boeken in november 2021 - maart 2022.

Ik gebruik Malagacar.com al ongeveer 15 jaar. Ik zou er niet aan denken om ergens anders heen te gaan.

Geweldige service, geweldige prijs, goede auto's als nieuw, nooit een probleem of vertraging gehad. Ik raad het helemaal aan. Ik huurde vroeger ergens anders binnen de luchthaven en sinds 3 jaar gebruik ik alleen nog deze service, het is veel sneller dan die binnen de luchthaven omdat er altijd laaaaange rijen zijn en slechte service of ze brengen je achteraf kosten in rekening voor dingen die je niet wilde, hoewel de Malaguenyos geweldige mensen zijn. Een van de geweldige dingen waar ik van hou is de mogelijkheid om te boeken zonder vooruitbetaling. Marta

Ik heb de auto voor een week gehuurd, gewoon fantastische service, 100% aanbevolen.

Ze zijn altijd behulpzaam en betrouwbaar geweest en hebben zelfs gratis upgrades voor auto's gegeven als ze die beschikbaar hadden.

De beste service en er zijn geen verborgen kosten. Ik heb net een andere huur geboekt en zal Malagacar blijven gebruiken.
