We hebben een voertuig gehuurd bij MalagaCar voor 14 dagen in juni 2024. Allereerst: Het personeel van Malagacar, de transfer van/naar het vliegveld, de overhandiging/aflevering van het voertuig was zoals altijd ZEER GOED. We hebben daar in het verleden verschillende keren voertuigen gehuurd, het probleem was het voertuig! We kregen een Nissan Micra (2670 LRM) met meer dan 52.000 km en het was een ramp. - niet schoon, d.w.z. de voorruit en de ingangen waren helemaal vies - het voertuig had talloze krassen en deuken - er was geen ruitenwisserwater - we waren bijna de nummerplaat achter kwijt, die moesten we er weer op schroeven - er moet iets achter het dashboard los hebben gezeten, afhankelijk van de wegcondities rammelde het zo hard dat je niet kon praten - het voertuig was niet volgetankt toen we het ophaalden. We zullen nog steeds huren bij Malagarcar, maar we zullen het voertuig goed bekijken als we het ophalen.

your service and car was great. i didn't appreciate being charged $43.00 two weeks after returning car. No reason for the charge. Car was returned with full gas and on time. Tolls were paid with cash.

На прошлой неделе мы впервые воспользовались услугами Malagacar. До этого я несколько лет пользовался услугами другой компании по прокату автомобилей. Все работало идеально, начиная с заезда на шаттле-минибусе, заканчивая вывозом и возвращением автомобиля. Я обязательно воспользуюсь услугами Malagacar в следующий раз.

На прошлой неделе мы арендовали у вас автомобиль, но машина с трудом поднималась на холмы и издавала странный шум при переключении передач. Мы сообщили об этом, когда возвращали машину. I don’t understand why one cannot book if one doesn’t have a flight number. I want to rent a car even though I’m not arriving by plane, and they refuse me—it’s incomprehensible. I will have to go to a competitor, no choice.

Customer No.307336 The Fiat 500 car supplied for my holiday (from 18/6/2024) was totally unsuitable for elderly/disabled customers. It was cramped and the boot was too small for my partners crutches. The sport types seats made access/very difficult and we were unable to enjoy the time with friends as they are elderly and could not get in the back. Whilst I agree, it was within the A group, it was not the Purgeot 208 on my booking and is NOT a similar 4 door car. The customer service was bad:- I asked for the car to be changed but was told this was impossible and I was not offered to upgrade to a B or C group car and the person was indifferent to our situation/needs (i.e couldn't care less). I have been a customer for over 18yrs and this is the worst experience I have had.

I hesitated to choose Malagacar because their offer seemed too advantageous given the price, which was much lower than those of their competitors. I really don't regret my choice, everything was perfect. The vehicle was made available to me quickly (in perfect condition), as was the return. As comprehensive insurance is included in the contract, no-one examined the condition of the car on its return (in any case it had not suffered any damage...).

Best experience i ever had. Best conection pick up and drop off from and to airport with their shutlle bus. Very fast. No crowdy. Cheapest price based on very high quality services. Clean car, good car and very easy procedure to get your car and return it back. We booked the car in advance with 1 month online without pay something. We payed full pack contract with debit card and thats all. Very satisfied.
