Después de haber alquilado coches en cuatro sitios distintos, Malagacar fue otra apuesta arriesgada. Sólo que esta vez fueron serviciales, educados y rápidos para este recién llegado. Brillante, estoy muy contento de recomendar su excelente servicio. Bien hecho

Llevo más de 10 años utilizando Malagacar. Tuve un alquiler muy decepcionante esta semana. En primer lugar el coche asignado estaba sucio y maloliente. Segundo coche muy viejo y olía a cigarrillos (no somos fumadores). En nuestro viaje de vuelta al aeropuerto nos dejaron en llegadas. No nos dijeron por qué, ni el conductor se puso en contacto con nosotros. Nos llevó siglos encontrar la zona de salidas, ya que la señalización era mínima. Llegamos a salidas acalorados y estresados. Muy decepcionados con el servicio de Malagacar esta vez.

Been renting through these guys for many years. Picked up our latest car late on Friday night. What a bag of old nails it is!! 3 years old! Scratches all over and an exhaust that is about to fall off!! Not the experience I hoped for being a loyal customer. I doubt I will use them in October when we are hoping to be back next.

Alquilé un coche en Malagacar la semana pasada y todo fue perfecto. Me recibieron en el punto de encuentro del aeropuerto, la lanzadera me llevó a su oficina cerca del aeropuerto donde me esperaba el coche. Las formalidades fueron mínimas y me puse en camino rápidamente. En un momento dado me di cuenta de que los limpiaparabrisas no funcionaban y el personal me asignó inmediatamente otro coche. Recomiendo Malagacar y volveré a ellos siempre que necesite alquilar un coche en Málaga.

It’s incredible not to have received a satisfaction request this year after renting a vehicle in May. True, we landed at 23:15, the shuttle couldn’t pick us up until 00:00, and we received a vehicle at 00:15, which was then stopped by the Guardia Civil, and we received a report to be submitted to Malagacar of €200 because the vehicle had an expired inspection. And there was no apology or goodwill from them, which is surprising for a well-known 4.5‑star site. One can question its reliability—after several years of renting from them.
