We have rented for the 2nd time a car at Malagacar (from 26/08/14 till 07/09/2014) and again everything was impeccable. We even got a better car than we reserved, and this for the same price. Fast service, new clean car and friendly staff. price / quality is certainly ok. Definitely a must. Until November.

Rented a Renault Scenic Diesel for 14 days from 30th Aug to 13th Sept. Excellent service, very quick pick up by mini bus from the airport and we were on our way to our destination in a very short time. The fuel policy is first class and the car itself was very economical. We only had to put 40 euros of diesel in the tank in the 2 weeks we had the car. All round the service from the company was very good. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use Malagacar.com again.

Hour 26 of our vacation and we come back to our parked ( legally) car that has been hit, and the back window broken, no note left. We drive back to Malagacar's hq's to report the problem. Expecting to plead for our lives that we did not cause the accidental damage...... 4 minutes later, into a new rental car with apologies for delaying our vacation! Service outstanding! A class act company that deserves it's 5 star rating! When in the costa del sol, do not hire another car company, this is the one for you.

Read all good reviews before we placed a reservation and we were very positively surprised. We got a neat car and the staff was very helpful. When we brought the car back we could also see why they are popular. Very fast devolution and car check and then we were nicely dropped off at the departure hall with the minibus. When we go to Malaga we will certainly book a car with them.

We had rented a car from 07/31/2014 to 08/16/2014. We booked from Germany, were picked up from the airport and got the car as described. The date of return at 5 in the morning the staff was already there. They also quickly returned the deposit. I can only say that it has been exemplary, will rent again a car next year. Thank you for such kindness.

I have a villa at Alhaurin Golf, and whenever I come to Malaga, I always rent a car from you. I also rent the villa out to guests, and I recommend that my guests rent their cars from you.

Always a smiling face to meet me at Airport. The cars are always clean, shining and have never let me down over the years. Oh! and damn good prices too!

A genuine review, initial booking, staff at the airport and the office were excellent, no delay on the transfer, yes a queue at the office but within 20 minutes in a lovely new car and on our way, the return was 2 minutes, great service all round well done.

This will be our 3rd time using Malagacar.com in the last 6 months and we have been so pleased with their services. Highly recommended!

I am afraid that this didn't work for me. No problem with the mini bus to the office. It was very hot indeed and there was really only outside to wait. The car did not turn out to be anything like new but a 51000km Peugeot 308 (they had nothing else) which frankly should have been de-fleeted a long time previous. No remote locking, a pretty dreadful noise from under the bonnet and a totally non cleaned interior. The member of staff just got out of the car and said "here" and I got in and after struggling with luggage did exactly that. I have used Drivalia before at Malaga and it has been first rate every time but they are no longer there. I was not well for a couple of days but then emailed the company who did respond but it was really too late by then. We had intended to drive to Tarifa port and get a ferry to Morocco as a foot passenger for a day trip but as I had such little confidence in the car we decided to go by a coach tour instead. Im really trying not to be awkward or impolite but it just didn't work for me and I am unhappy at their response.

Thanks for your email. You collected the car on August 30th but you sent us an email on September 3rd and not before. You said you were not happy with the car. You sent the email at 19:13 and at 20:49 my colleagues informed about. At 21:54 I emailed the office and I wrote: “Contact the customer right away and change the car”. At 22:20 my colleague Jose Antonio called but no answer so he sent you an email. You replied near 05.00 on day after and you said you were unhappy with the service.

If we had known that you were not happy with the car, we would have changed before. Anyway the car is now rented and I have just called the customer who is happy. It’s running properly.
