I have been using malagacar.com for a while know and have never had a problem yet. When I arrived this time I found that I had lost my driving licence but a lovely young lady with long black hair and glasses (I did not get her name) who works there was so helpful. I have used many car hire firms and this is far the best.

This is the third time we have used Malagacar, every time we have had excellent service. So efficient on arrival, never had a delay with getting hire car. Cars have been good, paid for group d this time and car was excellent. We have always paid the extra insurance and hence returning vehicle has been amazingly fast each time and ended up back at airport earlier than anticipated. Well done and thanks

When we arrived at the office and saw the queue of about 20 people outside of the office we thought we were in for a very long wait....we were wrong. There were at least 6 or 7 staff inside the office and we were in and out in about 30 mins thanks to their efficient turnaround time.

On return we didn't even get out of the car. The staff took us to the airport and dropped us off.

Great value and won't hesitate to use again.

Having varied from cheap and cheerful bangers to bargain internet deals which doubled in price on arrival for fuel and various insurance charges it was a relief to find your site and hire from you. I arrived at the same time as 15 other customers, you seem to be the busiest car hire firm at Malaga Airport, but your mini buses kept arriving. I was chatting to an existing customer who said he always got great and reliable service from you. On transfer into your depot you had already processed most of the proceeding customers,and I was quickly and professionally processed, even though I was a new customer to you.I drove away within 10 minutes in a practically new Megan, and on my return, 2 weeks later, like another of your customers commented, was driven directly to the airport in the car I had been allocated, 2 minutes after arriving! You refunded my security deposit to.my credit card the very next day. THE SERVICE YOU OFFER IS EXCELLENT AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.

I have used Malaga Car for many years now and they have NEVER let me down. They are efficient and trust worthy and again today they supported me as I have a problem.

They have great customer support.

Many thanks for the good service. The Renault Megane just had about 7.800 km on the clock; it already had a few scratches and bumps but all-over I was very satisfied with everything. Travel time: 1. - 12. 09. 2014

Hi, we drop our car off (grey Renault Megane) at your depot yesterday at about 18.30. A young man drove us to the airport instead of us having to use the minibus. He was very pleasant and chatted away to us in our broken Spanish. Nice to have such friendly service, he deserves a special mention! But we didn’t get his name unfortunately.

In the past two years I have used Malaga car several times. All I can say is perfect. Why wait in massive cues in the terminal car rentals they collect you right outside the terminal, your car is ready for you simply effort less & lovely people to deal with, good cars unlike some of the others. Outstanding service. I booked a car for nine days and shortly after the booking ruptured my Achilles Tendon. Above and beyond what you expect, they:

1. Allowed us to change driver by a simple email.

2. When met, they drove the car out to us and helped pack my wheel chair in and our bags.

3. when dropping the car off they said I didn't have to get out of the car and drove me to a disabled bay at the front of the airport rather than using their bus (which is very quick anyway).

Much Much better and cheaper than any of the car hire companies I've experienced that are located in the airport.
