J'ai réservé une voiture chez Malaga Car pour deux mois, malheureusement en raison d'un deuil familial j'ai dû rendre la voiture après deux semaines. Ils ont été très compréhensifs et m'ont remboursé le solde de mon paiement en quelques jours. Excellent service à chaque fois. Je ne réserverais pas une voiture ailleurs. Brendan Vaughan

La dernière fois que nous avons séjourné à Malaga, nous avons loué une voiture chez Malagacars et avons été très satisfaits du service et du prix compétitif. Nous louerons certainement à nouveau chez Malaga Cars la prochaine fois.

This happened more then 10 years ago and I hope Malagacar changed their processes for providing assistance. We had a flat tyre in Sevilla on a spanish bank holiday and called the assistance number. Irene took the phone and told us that we need to go back to the hotel but refused to arrange a tow car or any repair service. I was travelling with my family a one year old and a 6 year old my wife and me. The hotel was in the old city of Sevilla and carrying the 100 kg luggage back to the hotel was impossible as we already checked out. I asked her as well if she could look up in the interent a number of an open car towing shop. Again refusal to provide service. At the end I arranged all myself and had to pay EUR 344.14. After many email exchanges Jose Alberto Anglada wrote on 15 October 2010 the following Dear Mr. Schaffner, Thanks for your email. I have been speaking with Irene, the staff who answered the phone. Firstly, she told You the tow truck was covered by the insurance but We had to call them, so in this case You had to pay nothing about this. If You called, You had to pay for it. Anyway I need You give us the receipt and I will try the insurance company pay for this but I have to try I t before. We need as well the invoice for wheels and then We can give You back the money but the wheels, but only this at the moment. Regards, J. Alberto Anglada What Irene told Jose Alberto Anglada was an outright lie she never told us that the tow truck was covered by the insurance. Even worse she never offered to arrange a tow truck at all. I wrote a letter to the owner of Malagacar , Jose Amos Garcia Magallanes, attaching all the invoices and the email exchange with Jose Alberto Anglada. Mr. Amos called me up and told me that for him this is serious business and he would need to make Irene redundant if my claim was right. I told him that if she had done her job the first thing you would ask with any assistance service is, where are you located. She never asked that. I told him to ask Irene if she knew and if she recorded our location. I knew she could not document her claims. There is a unique logic to this. If you call an assitance service you call them because you are in trouble and you need help and you'll do anything to support them providing you with help. Who on earth would call an assitance with the intention to tell that she/he arranges everything on their own so that the assitance does not have to do anything. If you rent a car with Malagacar the first thing I would do now is call the assitance of Malagacar and tell them that you are in trouble and listen well what the first questions are. If they refuce then it is clear if they don't ask where you are located then I would immediately return the car otherwise if you are stuck somewhere you are then really in trouble. Andreas Schaffner

Nous avons loué une Kia Ceed de novembre 2020 à mars 2021. Tout allait bien. Nous étions très satisfaits presque nouvelle voiture peu de kilomètres bon prix de location. Nous voulons réserver à nouveau en novembre 2021 - mars 2022.

Excellent service, excellent prix, bonnes voitures comme neuves, jamais eu de problème ou de retard. Je le recommande totalement. J'avais l'habitude de louer ailleurs à l'intérieur de l'aéroport et depuis 3 ans j'utilise uniquement ce service, c'est beaucoup plus rapide que ceux à l'intérieur de l'aéroport car il y a toujours des files d'attente trèèèès longues et un mauvais service ou ils vous facturent après pour des choses que vous ne vouliez pas, bien que les Malaguenyos soient des gens formidables. L'une des choses que j'adore, c'est la possibilité de réserver sans paiement anticipé. Marta

Ils ont toujours été serviables et fiables, offrant même des mises à niveau gratuites sur les voitures lorsqu'ils en avaient de disponibles.

Le meilleur service et il n'y a pas de coûts cachés. Je viens de réserver une autre location et continuerai à utiliser Malagacar.
