I booked a car for rental through my company to use for a single trip from Malaga to Seville this week. 3 days before the pickup I sent a whatsapp to check it was OK that I wasn't flying into Malaga, but lived locally (I live in Spain). The person responded with that "It is fine". Then on the morning of picking the car up they told me that if I didn't have "a flight number or return flight" I couldn't have the car. This left me in a very bad situation. Their customer service was very quick, but I had 2 different stories. I won't be using them again :-(

Car was good BUT!!! they lost our luggage on way from airport to car rental office. It fell out of the back of the trailor. All suitcases found scratched except one. Then what a farce. Told to report to police, they were not interested. Told to complete complaint form online., there isn't one. Had no clothes for 9 day holiday. Found case myself after the hol at the airport. MALAGACAR.COM will not pay Any compensation for my ruined holiday. All they would pay is the UPS collection from Malaga to my house AND I HAD TO ARRANGE AND PAY FIRST. I am still upset about my treatment and my spoilt holiday. They really don't care. I am seeking legal advice.

Dear customer,
We are sorry the incident but was out of our control. We cannot understand why you say all the cases were scratched if only one fell out of the trailer. The trailer closing system failed. Our insurance company doesn’t pay for that but we offered you a financial compensation before you found the case in lost items at the airport and we offered you 450 € (It is the maximum contemplated by law ) but you wanted 700 euros and you told us you were going to try to get that money from your travel insurance company so you declined the financial compensation. Once the case has been found, this is collected by us and sent to your house destination because it was requested by you. We always have tried to help you and this is what we have done. Once you have received the case, you have asked for a economic compensation for a “found suitcase”.

BE CAREFUL !! Malagacar "Low season" prices are exactly the same as the "High Season" prices. Suggest you look for other options/places if you intend to rent a car in "Low Season" i.e November to January

That is not quite correct Adrian. "November to January" also includes the month of December and Christmas season and New Year´s Eve which are actually classified as midseason and where prices are higher due to demand. Kind regards!

Seat Leon был блестящим. Он взял все наши чемоданы и гольф-клубы, и хотя мы использовали его каждый день, мы прошли только через половину бака топлива. Такси от аэропорта до Эстепоны стоит около 100 € в каждую сторону, а аренда автомобиля составила 270 € все включено, так что аренда автомобиля составила 70 €!

Получение и сдача были быстрыми и эффективными, персонал приветливый и отзывчивый и без скрытых или послеарендных платежей.

Я снова забронировал на 4 недели в феврале.

Их процесс жалоб - это как разговаривать со стеной из кирпичей. У меня есть письменная копия моего контракта, которую они игнорируют, чтобы смочь взимать с меня дополнительную сумму. Я отправил им копию, но они ее игнорируют.

Вы отправили электронное письмо позавчера в 13:05, и через 5 часов мы ответили вам, а вчера в 11:29 вы снова отправили электронное письмо, и через 11 часов мои коллеги снова ответили вам. С вас была взимаема плата, потому что автомобиль был возвращен с меньшим количеством топлива.

I have used Malagacar for several years and have spent a lot of money with them as a I spend 5 months a year in Spain. However, on September 8th I arrived to pick up my car which I would have for 60 days or so. There was a hitch with the credit card reader but It was quickly resolved. However,on checking my credit card account I discovered I had been charged three times for a total of £2,200. Ever since the. I have been trying to reclaim the money. One payment has been returned but after almost 3 weeks of complaining I am still owed over £700 and all through no fault of my own. This has caused me and my family acute financial embarrassment and not a little stress. I am deeply disappointed with Malagacar’s response to a problem they caused

Они находятся за пределами сайта, но автобус-шаттл находится примерно в минуте ходьбы от их стойки обслуживания. Персонал также очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый!

Я буду продолжать использовать malagacar.com, так как за многие годы у меня никогда не было проблем. Вежливый и эффективный персонал, легкая регистрация и выезд. Я бы посоветовал клиентам взять полный пакет предложений, так как у них не будет проблем во время аренды. Это личный выбор, но дополнительно стоит того и все еще дешевле других автомобильных прокатов в Малаге. Продолжайте хорошую работу, Дэвид Блэквей.

Это второй год, когда мы используем эту компанию. Мы всегда получаем золотой пакет. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. У меня была проблема с подачей 12 В, поэтому я не мог использовать свой Satnav, указал на это и сразу же получил заменительный автомобиль. Обязательно буду использовать их снова в следующем году.
