Have used them 2or 3 times a year for the past 8 years .but last hire in october i returned the car with a smashed rear lens and was told id have to pay for it which was fine as id only got basic cover . they said they take full 1200 euro deposit and refund when they fixed it taking out there costs. 40 days on many emails and phone calls that is not answered i am still waiting for bill and refund . A great car hire company but a lot to be desired when something goes wrong .if i was marking there customer service when there is a problem it would be 0 out of 5 . as i am not 4/5

I absolutely do not reccomend this company. Four days after returning the car I recieved info that they take off money from my credit card for the damage I did not cause. I have written them my explanation and nobody is answering. Very very dissapointed!

Я могу только подчеркнуть все положительные отзывы о сервисе, автомобилях и т. д. Но отдел ИТ - КАТАСТРОФА. Ему не удается правильно настроить и управлять учетной записью в течение года.

I have used you a number of times with no problem. The last time I have had a problem. I returned my hire BMW X3 to you Saturday 20 October. I had some scratches on one door panel that occurred in underground garage, Estepona, the night before I returned the vehicle to you. I had not taken full insurance as I’ve never had damage before when visiting my Spanish home. I paid a €3,000 excess to cover the damage as required in our rental agreement. The cost to repair the car would be less than the excess charge I paid. I was told you would have the car repaired very quickly as you needed it back on the road. I was told to contact you in one week to find out about my refund. I did that by phone and was told you would reply by email. You haven’t emailed me so I phoned today and was told to email you. I am writing to ask for my refund after the repair cost is deducted from my €3000 excess. Can you advise when you will refund this as it’s money I need for Christmas presents for my children? Last year I was very satisfied with the car and the process. This year we were first given a car that showed a warning after 5 km, indicating potential engine damage—stop immediately. The next day they brought us an okay car. One liter of coolant was added to the faulty car and it was driven off—apparently that was the issue. After that everything worked well; return was without issue. But a few days later 35 € was withdrawn again via my Visa. An email inquiry got no answer. I give two stars only because the first time went well. I will not choose Malagacar again.

I have been a regular customer for many years and up to now have had excellent service. However I recently made a booking and was quoted a booking price of 298.52 euros and expected to pay that on collection of the car.The rental agreement that I was given quoted the correct price in Euros. When I checked my UK credit card account I found that I had been charged 280.86 GB pounds. At no time was I asked if I wanted to pay in GB pounds and would have said no if I had been offered. The conversion rate that you gave me was 1.06 compared to the rate I would have received from my bank which was 1.13, this has resulted in me paying 15 UK pounds more that I expected. I have emailed you twice and received the comment that it had been passed either to the manager or admin department. I still have not had an answer and feel that this is way below your usual standard.

Уважаемый клиент,
Мы не можем оплатить этот вид штрафа. Процесс выглядит следующим образом:
- Сначала мы получаем формальное уведомление о штрафе и должны идентифицировать водителя автомобиля.
- Клиент может оплатить штраф на сайте официального органа (обычно указанного в приложенном документе), выбрав английский язык и ссылку на штраф (дело) или дождаться формального письма, которое придет на его домашний адрес.
- Позже организация движения / городские советы отправляют формальное письмо водителю на его домашний адрес, и тогда он должен оплатить штраф.

Этот процесс может занять несколько месяцев, просто дождитесь письма с вашим именем домой. У вас все еще будет скидка за своевременную оплату после получения.

Я арендую автомобили у них уже 4 года и никогда не имел проблем, обслуживание быстрое и шаттл тоже быстрый. Несколько друзей имели проблемы с шинами. Они не могли быстро починить и сразу же предоставили другой автомобиль без дополнительной платы и без обсуждения... Я абсолютно рекомендую.
