Забронировал автомобиль у Malaga Car на два месяца, к сожалению из-за семейного траура мне пришлось вернуть автомобиль через две недели. Они были так понимающими и вернули мне остаток моего платежа в течение нескольких дней. Отличный сервис каждый раз. Я бы не бронировал автомобиль нигде еще. Брендан Вон.

В последний раз, когда мы останавливались в Малаге, мы арендовали автомобиль у Malagacars и были очень довольны сервисом и конкурентоспособной ценой. Мы обязательно снова арендуем у Malaga Cars в следующий раз.

This happened more then 10 years ago and I hope Malagacar changed their processes for providing assistance. We had a flat tyre in Sevilla on a spanish bank holiday and called the assistance number. Irene took the phone and told us that we need to go back to the hotel but refused to arrange a tow car or any repair service. I was travelling with my family a one year old and a 6 year old my wife and me. The hotel was in the old city of Sevilla and carrying the 100 kg luggage back to the hotel was impossible as we already checked out. I asked her as well if she could look up in the interent a number of an open car towing shop. Again refusal to provide service. At the end I arranged all myself and had to pay EUR 344.14. After many email exchanges Jose Alberto Anglada wrote on 15 October 2010 the following Dear Mr. Schaffner, Thanks for your email. I have been speaking with Irene, the staff who answered the phone. Firstly, she told You the tow truck was covered by the insurance but We had to call them, so in this case You had to pay nothing about this. If You called, You had to pay for it. Anyway I need You give us the receipt and I will try the insurance company pay for this but I have to try I t before. We need as well the invoice for wheels and then We can give You back the money but the wheels, but only this at the moment. Regards, J. Alberto Anglada What Irene told Jose Alberto Anglada was an outright lie she never told us that the tow truck was covered by the insurance. Even worse she never offered to arrange a tow truck at all. I wrote a letter to the owner of Malagacar , Jose Amos Garcia Magallanes, attaching all the invoices and the email exchange with Jose Alberto Anglada. Mr. Amos called me up and told me that for him this is serious business and he would need to make Irene redundant if my claim was right. I told him that if she had done her job the first thing you would ask with any assistance service is, where are you located. She never asked that. I told him to ask Irene if she knew and if she recorded our location. I knew she could not document her claims. There is a unique logic to this. If you call an assitance service you call them because you are in trouble and you need help and you'll do anything to support them providing you with help. Who on earth would call an assitance with the intention to tell that she/he arranges everything on their own so that the assitance does not have to do anything. If you rent a car with Malagacar the first thing I would do now is call the assitance of Malagacar and tell them that you are in trouble and listen well what the first questions are. If they refuce then it is clear if they don't ask where you are located then I would immediately return the car otherwise if you are stuck somewhere you are then really in trouble. Andreas Schaffner

Мы арендовали Kia Ceed с ноября 2020 по март 2021 года. Все было хорошо. Мы были очень довольны почти новой машиной с небольшим пробегом и хорошей ценой аренды. Мы хотим снова забронировать в ноябре 2021 - марте 2022 года.

Я пользуюсь Malagacar.com уже около 15 лет. Я даже не мечтаю о том, чтобы идти куда-то еще.

Отличный сервис, отличная цена, хорошие автомобили как новые, никогда не было проблем или задержек. Я полностью рекомендую его. Раньше я арендовал где-то еще внутри аэропорта и с 3 лет назад я использую только этот сервис, он намного быстрее тех, что находятся внутри аэропорта, так как там всегда длинные очереди и плохое обслуживание или они взимают с вас плату за то, чего вы не хотели, хотя малагеньцы - замечательные люди. Одна из замечательных вещей, которые я люблю - это возможность бронировать без предоплаты. Марта

Я арендовал машину на неделю, просто фантастический сервис, рекомендую на 100%.

Они всегда были услужливыми и надежными, даже предлагая бесплатные обновления автомобилей, когда они были доступны.

Лучший сервис и нет скрытых расходов. Я только что забронировал еще одну аренду и буду продолжать использовать Malagacar.
