Excellent service from beginning to end, lots of companies out there showing a lower price but have hidden extras and large credit card deposits, this is not the case here. Very professional friendly service, kept in touch on whats app - will certainly use again!

Car was good. Pickup is so much better now with the Express service, so that problem is solved. Drop off was poor. Many people waiting for the shuttle. Waited 25 minutes before leaving for the airport. You should plan for more shuttle busses when there are a high volume of returns.

I'm really disappointed that you give a quote for cars and if I book one I get the message not available. Then I picked a car that was also quoted and again not available. Solution offered was a smaller car or one that was 30% more expensive. Why do you give quotes that you cannot fulfill. Teasing customers to rent a more expensive one? KR Peter
