We got what we booked and picked up the car in the late afternoon, there was only a little fuel in after we left the garage 5 minutes in , that’s a bit af hassle alright , The car was not cleaned at all , when we recieved it . And the automatic gear box had a lot of issues aswell . We got a total of 6 cars this week and have used Malagacar multiple times . This was the first issue we had . Thanks Chris

The only downside I’ve experienced is that, having gained so many loyal customers over the years, the waiting times for your shuttle bus at the arrivals hall are getting longer. Perhaps you should consider deploying an extra shuttle bus during particularly busy periods. The new check-in system works well, allowing the holiday to get off to a quick start. Also, kudos for your prompt responses to questions.

I've been a loyal customer for years but the costs are going up and the quality of cars are going down , I've just returned an unloved overused Clio with no hub cabs looking cheap and scruffy with a key so worn it hardly functioned and within 3 kilometres of collection the tyre pressure warning light came on . The companies getting greedy and overbooked. It's a pity as they were originally a much better operator.

The car was dirty inside. And the gas tank was half full. I returned it with a full tank !!!

This was our first time renting with Malagacar.com. We had a great experience. Upon arrival, the shuttle was waiting when we came out of the airport. It took less than 5 minutes to get to their rental place. The process was flawless. Very efficient from beginning to end. We got the full pack coverage which was totally worth it. Parking garages in Andalucia are very tight and there is always a risk of hitting the car. The process of returning the car was as flawless as when we picked it up. Highly recommend Malagarcar.

By far the best rental company I've had and the most cost efficient also! Pick ups and drop offs are frequent and only a 2-3 minute shuttle away. My partner left her phone in the car also when we dropped it off and they rushed to return it to us before the shuttle bus. 100% the best and would use again.
