Good service,waiting at the airport for us and prompt car collection

WHAT HAS GONE WRONG We have used Malagacar several times before and been happy with the service. We had booked our car for 13th to 25th August. On collection I paid cash, and they did not have any change to give me ???? I then got the Cleo and it was completely dirty, not cleaned at all. There were dents on most corners and scuffs. The worst was the blemish in the windscreen right in the driver's view (like when you have a migraine). I went inside to show the staff all of my concerns and the man just wasn't interested. He only replied 'don't worry, you have full insurance' he shrubbed his shoulders and walked off. This is not the service we would expect, dam right bloody rude. There were a few that seemed to have a right chip on the shoulder. NOT RECOMMEND

I would have given 5 stars if the car had been delivered clean; unfortunately, it wasn't spotless—there was dust and the glass was dirty. Otherwise, top-notch service!!!

Avrei dato 5 stelle se la macchina fosse stata consegnata pulita, purtroppo non era pulitissima, polvere e vetro sporco. Per il resto sevizio top!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process from picking up to returning the vehicle was excellent. Would highly recommended.

One of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had. The car was absolutely filthy and covered in damage, making it look like it had barely been checked or cleaned before being handed over. For the amount I paid, the condition of the car was completely unacceptable. The staff were also incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional, which made an already bad experience even worse. I expected a clean, safe and properly maintained vehicle, along with basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. Extremely disappointing and nowhere near the quality you would expect for the price. I would not rent from Malaga Cars again and would seriously recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve booked with other companies, but none make it as easy as Malagacar; I’m very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. That said, it wouldn't hurt for them to give the car a quick check before handing it over; mine was in perfect condition, but a colleague received one with some paintwork issues that she had to point out right then—though, to be fair, there were no problems at all. The car was clean, and I returned it that way too.
