I had chosen this company because I had read about the rental speed, instead when we arrived we waited an hour for the shuttle from the airport, Also no help during the enrolment and car pick-up phase

Good quality/ price, transparency and full coverage, efficient at check-in and check-out. But I think you could increase these points: every time I rent a car the windshield is really dirty and I have to clean it inside because you can't see nothing with the sun! And already 2 times i had a car with a tire without enough pressure, or loosing pressure, I had to stop in a gas station to fix it. Thanks, best regards Greg

Renting a car at Malagacar works perfectly as always.

You give me a car with a nearly empty tank, I return it with more fuel, and then you charge me for fuel anyway. I send you proof and a photo, and I simply get no response. That’s what you call a "fuel rip-off."

We would never go anywhere else. These guys make car hire so easy, they can be trusted and are right by the airport.

Apparently from now on a pick-up location other than the airport is no longer possible. Otherwise great service.

All I can say is my experience with malagacar.com. Was extremely brilliant from start to finish,. 5 Star from me and I would definitely recommend and book again with the company.

The collection was very poorly handled, my reservation number didn’t work on the terminal. I requested assistance to which the lady said I’ll be with you. I waited, she didn’t come back, then a line of people formed at the desk having similar issues. I had to join the back of the queue after being one of the first into the office. When I got to the desk a man now said you haven’t done something. I explained I couldn’t do anything because my reservation number didn’t work. he then spent 5 mins righting this and sent me back to the terminal where I entered more of my details. Then a group of people from the next flight were in the office they had similar issues and some were at the desk. I joined the back of the queue. It took nearly an hour to collect a car key. Why don’t you request all the drivers details when you send the booking confirmation? Also the AC on the car I hired barely worked it was pretty warm inside the car even with the ac fans on high and recirculation settings on.
