We have been customers of Malagacar for almost 20 years usually hiring an average of 5 to 6 times per year.We have been happy almost always until our last booking , We booked a car from 5th to 22nd September . You informed us that you had no availability in the category and suggested that we take a car in the next higher category at considerably greater expense .there was aconsiderable wait for the courtesy bus at the airp.When we arrived at the garage we were surprised to see hundreds of cars there . having completed the paoerwork we were pointed to the first garage for our car . We spent quite a while looking for the car to no avail . finally having returned to the office we were pointed to the second garage where after another search and 15 more minutes we finally located the car . It was quite dirty and obviously hsd not been valeted . the windscreen was dangerously dirty and hardened bird droppings on the drivers oor and window . this was from a category costed almost 600 euro for 17 days. the staff were not very helpful ad the girl who directed us seemed exaspirated by our failure to find the car and did little or nothing to help . all in all it took about an hour before we got on the road. this was a very rare incident for us and not to be repeated . We are coming to Spain again in the near future and will be hiring a car again. I would like to continue our long relationship with Malagacar but will we get better service ? I been using Malagacar for a long time and several times a year . I was always pleased with their service . This Year I already used them three times and will for sure , I will rent two times more this Year

I have been using this car rental service for a long time, and the quality has always been excellent. The new express check-in method is truly convenient: fast, intuitive, and easy to use right from the start. Furthermore, the support team continues to stand out for their availability, friendliness, and attentiveness—qualities I have always valued. However, I was surprised this time around. Despite receiving numerous messages acknowledging me as a VIP and a regular customer, I was given a vehicle with an obvious scratch running along the entire right side. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late; since it was a business trip, arriving in a car in that condition did not make a good impression. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to the quality of the vehicles assigned, especially for those using the service for professional purposes.

This is the only car rental you should consider. The best customer service. The easiest to grab the car from, the best drop off experience. Above all else, never any hard sell or hidden costs. Great cars too. Love it

Very welcoming and very efficient; I recommend it.

This was the worst rental vehicle I’ve ever had. It had numerous scratches and dirty interior windows, and the automatic engine stop-start feature was terrible—the engine was slow to restart or caused the car to lurch. Furthermore, we felt rushed to complete the check-in process at the start of the rental. When we asked to exchange the vehicle, the manager told us that the car's condition wasn't his problem.

Easy and quick pick up and return process. Everything worked smoothly.
