I have travelled all over the world renting cars in most countries but Malagacar stands out from the rest. In brief, prompt and easy pickup within minutes of reaching the pickup point. Fast office paper work, less than 2 minutes (if you have already sent your details) and very good clean low mileage cars. Finally, I would like in particular to thank Ylenia and Bills for their kind welcome and assistance when returning the car. Thank you Malagcar and will see you again next year.

Hello,we need a car for 4 people and 4 suitcases. What type can you recommend to us. We only drive from Malaga airport to La Herradura and back when fully packed.

Hello, please can you give me detailled information about the content of your "full pack". Does is it include road assistance any kind of scratches and dents on the bodywork underside damages rear-view mirrors all windows wheels gearbox additional costs of penalties and is it allowed to drive to Gibraltar? Booked a small rental car with Malagacar.com for the 2nd time. They work perfectly, transfer from airport to location where the car is ready is barely 5 minutes, almost able to drive away directly from there, without too much administrative hassle. And if you book early enough (no credit card required) only at checkout locally, then a bargain price too. While parked in town, someone scraped along the bumper resulting in paint damage, very annoying but with full pack insurance it was not at all difficult to deal with. We will definitely come to this company again next time. Great service.

I have booked with MalagaCar for the first time. How do I proceed if I have to cancel this contract at short notice? And my second question, how do I create a customer account? I can't find any information on this either.

Hello Michaela! If you need to cancel, just reply to the booking confirmation. As you know, cancellations are free of charge at any time.
Your customer account is automatically opened when you make your first completed booking.

I have being renting cars from Malagacar.com for years, would not go any where else, when the plane was late one of the ladys in the office helped me by phoning my accommodation to let them know the plane was delayed and that i would be late getting there. Excellent staff all around i will be back again. Patrick from Ireland

Outstanding. Reasonable price, professional service, maximum convenience. We turned up with the car at the end of the rental and because we were happy to walk to the airport we were on our way in 45 seconds. Love it. Highly recommended.
