We have been using Malagacar for thirty years - several times a year. Never a problem and always excellent service. We used the new express service yesterday and despite a glitch with the payment terminal, it must be the fastest collection ever. Very impressed with this improvement.

For first time, I was very disappointed with my experience with Malagacars. When collecting car, the oil indicator was displaying that car was low in oil. Oil had to be topped up and caused 20 minute delay. On our return, we were dropped off in an area where there were no trolleys. Th drivers were very unhelpful in unloading cases and golf bag which was at variance with my previous experiences. Overall, I was disappointed with the assistance provided.

Having rented cars from MalagaCar over the last 25 years I have been very disappointed with the service and quality of car provided on my last two trips, Most recently (18/09/26) we waited in a queue to get the shuttle bus and then at MalagaCar waited another almost 40 minutes to get our car despite having checked in on line the day before. It seemed like very chaotic and people were been called who had joined the queue behind me! On receiving the key to my car I was just told it was outside, no details as to whether it was petrol, diesel, hybrid etc, the car itself had marks & scathes all over it and although the floor inside was obviously hoovered the rest of it was dirty internally. The navigation system was all in Polish and despite many attempts we could not change it. This should have been done prior to receiving the car. It’s unlikely I will ever hire a car from MalagaCar again following this experience.

I have used your company many times and have given excellent reviews but unfortunately this time my review isn’t good. The queue for your mini bus at the airport was very long. We had to stand and wait 45 minutes before it was our turn. This is unacceptable. The drivers now do not help to load or unload the cases as they have previously done. The new onscreen system for collecting the cars is good but unfortunately the situation at the airport is making me reconsider using your company. I can provide photos of the queues if necessary. I look forward to reading your response.

We were perfectly happy with our car and the efficient service. But one comment: the fuel tank was half empty when we collected the car. Off course we returned the car with a full tank.

Excellent—airport shuttle service, and a perfect, very efficient agency. Vehicle pickup and drop-off were highly streamlined with no wasted time (10 minutes for pickup, 10 minutes for drop-off). No surprises like at other rental companies; the price quoted is the price you pay!

dear all, coming back to our 23.9. experience while picking up the car, reservation booking 1855925. hugely disappointed with the level of service, the car was not ready, no *such thing as express service you offering to regular customers* existed at all. we had to spent entire 30 mins while waiting, than the car delivered had broken trunk inside cover, have to wait another 30 mins to be solved by car exchange. i would like to receive a honest reply, whether this the standard level of your service, and if not your suggestion how to compensate our lost time, travel complications and overall customer experience disappointment. thank you, tomas ruzicka

Good evening, I am a regular customer of yours. Generally speaking the service is good and the rented cars are okay. However the following 2 items can be improved: -The waiting time for collection at the airport is sometimes excessive. - With the car hire of this week, it is now the 2nd or 3rd time that the hired car is leaking air from 1 or more tires.
