Hello,we need a car for 4 people and 4 suitcases. What type can you recommend to us. We only drive from Malaga airport to La Herradura and back when fully packed.

Hello, please can you give me detailled information about the content of your "full pack". Does is it include road assistance any kind of scratches and dents on the bodywork underside damages rear-view mirrors all windows wheels gearbox additional costs of penalties and is it allowed to drive to Gibraltar? Booked a small rental car with Malagacar.com for the 2nd time. They work perfectly, transfer from airport to location where the car is ready is barely 5 minutes, almost able to drive away directly from there, without too much administrative hassle. And if you book early enough (no credit card required) only at checkout locally, then a bargain price too. While parked in town, someone scraped along the bumper resulting in paint damage, very annoying but with full pack insurance it was not at all difficult to deal with. We will definitely come to this company again next time. Great service.

We picked up our car on Tuesday late evening, no problem, drove 43km to apartment. This morning car did not respond to key, we bought a battery locally for fob, no response. Contacted Malgacar with difficulty, the link on email doesn t work. They sent a flat bed tow truck, however mechanic said was flat car battery and jump started. Why was the battery flat after we drove 43km the night before? Also changeing gear is extremely clunky and harsh. I ve emailed and repeated this to customer service and had no reply. I have requested we be given another car as we are now reluctant to travel any distance in case the car fails again. We have used Malagacar for over 15 years and never had any trouble. At present they have ignored my request to replace this hire which was including their full package.

I have booked with MalagaCar for the first time. How do I proceed if I have to cancel this contract at short notice? And my second question, how do I create a customer account? I can't find any information on this either.

I have being renting cars from Malagacar.com for years, would not go any where else, when the plane was late one of the ladys in the office helped me by phoning my accommodation to let them know the plane was delayed and that i would be late getting there. Outstanding. Reasonable price, professional service, maximum convenience. We turned up with the car at the end of the rental and because we were happy to walk to the airport we were on our way in 45 seconds. Love it. Highly recommended.

It’s always a worry when booking hire cars heading on holiday, but I can honestly say the recent experience with Malagacar hire, located at Malaga Airport, was simple and painless. Just spent a week in Marbella with my family and collected my small SUV from the team. Everything went seamlessly, from the booking, to pick up, to collection, to use and return. We were given a new hybrid Lynk&Co, which for those in the UK we haven’t been introduced to yet, but what a great vehicle. So impressed with this vehicle and at a great price. Given the queue I’m guessing many others were availing of their offers. Don’t have any complaint. Honestly. If I was to be pushed for something I’d say the complimentary bus from the terminal is a little wait, but in the scale of things a 30 min wait (@ peak times) didn't seem too bad. A point to note …. Whilst booking full to full, it was pointed out at collection that the car was only a quarter full and should be returned the same. I could be a little dubious and note this is a little crafty, but again just be aware as this isn’t a big deal. Will be booking again during the summer.

We have used Malagacar for many years and have always received an excellent service. On this trip my wife unfortunately badly broke her ankle and we needed to extend our stay. Malagacar extended our rental agreement and the cost was very reasonable and the staff were very helpful. On returning the car my wife was unable to access the minibus and a member of staff kindly took us to the airport in our hire car. Once at the airport he contacted wheelchair assistance on our behalf. We could not have faulted the service received and therefore have given Malagacar a five star rating. We will definitely be using the company again.
