16 rentals later superb, never a problem

We always rent from malagacar when we travel to Nerja, a very experienced rental company with no surprises. We are returning this year on September 1st with pleasure to this rental company!!

Absolutely brilliant carhire company, very well priced, very clean modern car I cannot fault this company in anyway. On the day of our arrival although shuttle bus was busy, it was extremely well organised. I would never hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend it to others. Quick efficient rather cheap, i recommend

I have received disgusting treatment from the attendants. Not even a dog can be treated in such a way. They are definitely not what they presume. Don't try to call the manager because it didn't give me a solution either. It is understandable that they are in high demand and cannot give you the attention you deserve but the treatment they give is intolerable. The only one who really treated me well was usually the driver of the transfer to the airport. It should be remembered that the office is on the outskirts.

Thought this was a good car hire company but has disappointed Firstly I like to explain the reason for the poor review is purely due to not being paid for something I had to pay for that I normally would not. We hired a car from Malagacar.com in July for 11 days in which overall had a good experience. The issue arose during the trip because the oil like came on which obviously was an issue. I rang the help line who gave me two options. Either drive the car from Estepona to Malaga to let them top up the oil or I buy the oil and claim this back. I decided to buy the oil. After checking the type it took me driving to 3 separate petrol garages before I found the correct type. They also only had a 5 litre bottle and not the 1 litre which I needed. I paid for this , kept the receipt and when we returned the office took a copy of the receipt. They confirmed I would receive the repayment for this in a few days. Very efficient car hire company. Friendly staff. Hassle free process. Collected at the airport, a few minutes later, dropped at their office to collect the car. Left in an almost brand new car within about 5 minutes. Dropped back at the airport after returning the car. We will definitely be using Malagacar.com from now on. Super service. Thanks.

Super fantastic car rental. We use them every time we go to south Spain. We had a very bad situation but MalagaCar did everything to help us. They always do everything to help the customers.
