La location s est bien passée. J ai eu une amende que j ai réglé directement sur place à la police en novembre 2022. Au mois de mai 2023 donc 6 mois après on me débite de 40 € avec des messages écrit en anglais (qu il faut que je traduise,) messages type .. pour une amende que j ai payée et j ai envoyé les justificatis ....ils gardent donc votre empreinte de carte très longtemps est ce normal .... Société à eviter si vous avez malheureusement un Pv même si nous l avez payé. C est inadmissible

I got hybrid car with dead battery. Support line is not reachable, nobody picks up phone for 30 minutes. I had to spend half day waiting for service in the center of Malaga. I only can wonder what happens if a client is in the middle of nowhere with a child in the car.

Everything was as advertised...no hidden costs..fast pick up and drop off and they answer messages immediately. Good small car. We used full insurance and no worries..I recomend them fully.

Best car rental in town

I looked on your website to get a quote on booking in my car for 3 days. I could only find the form for hiring a car, so decided to call your customer services. I didn't get any help. I was told to go on website. I explained I had but couldn't find form. The women was totally uninterested and unhelpful. I have an account with Malaga cars and always used you. I always reccomded your company for help and service but not anymore

Excellent service, impeccable vehicle, no surprises and very fast transfers. If only all rental companies could provide these services! Thank you very much.

Bad compagny, rented a mini cooper. Got a clio. They said the cabrio wasend there. Its the fake trick

Very good for prices but we were disappointed over the way we were met at the airport. We found the lady checking the bookings to assign us transport to pick up the car. 3 times she took our booking reference but failed to allocate us to a minibus. Only on the 3rd time when my wife spoke to her in Spanish, did she allocate us transport. By then we had been waiting 25 mins. There were many people waiting for the minibus but there appeared to be no queueing system, so people did not know when they would be allocated transport. The same was in the office getting the car. The airport has a queue barriers, why not in the office. That way first come, first served and no jumping the queue. It was not a good start to the holiday. On our return it was very convenient to drop the car, no need to queue for the office and jump straight in the waiting minibus. Would we book again with a offsite car rental? I am not sure, unless there is a queueing system in place.

Top of the top. I am a former customer I have only dealt with them for 15 years, no bad surprises so far.
