Thank you for the wonderful service and value we experienced when we recently hired from you. From historical experience we have avoided the so called 'cheap' 'low price' options because when all the hidden charges are taken into account, one is left paying more and being treated in a manner which detracts from one's enjoyment of one's holiday . We have for years now chosen to use Malagacar. com full package and our most recent experience (where we had an unfortunate accident) was proof of the wisdom of our choice. I hired a car in February last and received a speeding fine for being 8 klm over the speed required. I found it very difficult to manage to pay the fine as mostly in Spanish but eventually spoke to a lady who helped me out. Last week I received a further 40 euro fee from Malaga cars for handling the fine. I did all the handling!!! Think they should make the customers aware of this fee.

I’ve used a few different car hire companies at Malaga Airport and decided to use malagacar this year. Quick efficient service, no problems whatsoever with this company and will make them my only go to car hire firm at Malaga airport from now on.

Despite a 7‑year relationship with you with 2 rentals per year, we sent an email reporting a very unpleasant surprise from you!! I received a speeding ticket with time and photo of the vehicle, although at the specified time I was still at the airport due to the delay of AF9420 flight from Paris!!! No response!! You should respect your clientele, especially since I always take out full‑pack insurance!!! I will now turn to the competition…

As a first time user of this company, can't say I was totally impressed with the vehicle allocated to me. Lots of damage, worst of all serious tyre damage. I don't know if I was allocated this vehicle because I paid for the complete package with full insurance. I would use again but if not happy with the next vehicle, I will complain.

Absolutely hands down the best car hire we've used. Very efficient, didn't have to wait for a mini bus and although its not on the grounds of the airport its only 2mins in the bus. We have 2 children and the car seats were perfect and our buggy didn't fit in the boot so we upgraded without any issues. Recommend the full package as you pay on arrival, no deposit and no stringent checks when you drop the car off. We have prev taken out seperate insurance but it wasn't needed with the full package. Their were 3 hire cars within our family and everyone rated this service amazing. The staff were excellent and friendly too. Thank you x

+ fair prices + well working shuttle transfer service between rental station and airport + received an upgrade + car was pretty new + uncomplicated car return - car wasnt very clean (outside & inside) - service overdue - cheap tyres led to unpleasant driving situations We have booked a LA Class Car (Golf) for six days in early June 22 and received a Mercedes-Benz A200 AMG Line which is an upgrade to LD. I dont want to be unthankful, but there are a few things which I like to make aware of. The car was pretty new and only had around 5500 km, but the "Service A" (Inspection & Oil change) was already overdue by around 2000 km. The car could have been cleaned better on the outside and inside as well. Additionally, the car had very cheap no-name tyres without any grip on the front-axle which led to understeering in curves so ESP had to regulate and when accelerating on the "Autovia" they were spinning-through which forced the traction control to throttle the engine. I didnt measure the braking distance but in a dangerous braking-situation it may have ended very uncomfortable, too. I would recommend, to atleast put the good Continental tyres from the rear to the front on a front-wheel-drive car or to just buy adequate tyres in the first place. All in all, I was satisfied with the service and it was a good decision to choose Malagacar.com

I went to Malagacar following the positive comments but a week after the rental we were charged 50€. And we still don't know why! So very disappointed!!!
