I have had the pleasure of hiring form Malagacar for many years and highly recommend them as the cars are in excellent condition and amazing value for money. You get more for your euro here and never have I been given anything but efficient, helpful and friendly service. The Cheaper companies have many additional costs hidden in the small print.

I have been using Malaga Car for 7 years. I would recommend them.Always very friendly and helpful, excellent offices at the Airport and a very good shuttle service back and fore the Airport.Will continue to use them.

I have been renting from Malagacar.com for several years. It has always been uncomplicated and pleasant.

First used Malagacar July 2017. They had really great reviews on Tripadvisor. Transfer from the airport only 2 minutes by malagacar minibus. Great service. Car as booked and really clean and well presented. Staff fantastic. So much better than previous experiences waiting for ages at the airport rental desks. Just about to book with them again for this July. Well done guys.

The Best car hire in Malaga But the WORST admin staff ! been using this company for years never ever had a problem from picking car up to returning the car. the problem is when you contact the admin through WhatsApp, you get a reply saying we will get back to you But guess what ? " THEY DON'T" messaged them on the 2nd January 2020 received a message back saying I WILL CONTACT OUR I.T. DEPARTMENT AND WILL LET YOU KNOW. 12th January 2020. " STILL NO ANSWER" so i messaged them again and received a message saying PLEASE APOLOGISE FOR THIS DELAY BUT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU WELL MONDAY so i waited and no one got in touch i messaged them again on TUESDAY 14th JANUARY its now Thursday evening 16TH JANUARY and NO ONE has been in touch with me Have always Given 5 star feedback for the staff and the actual cars and car hire itself BUT SORRY MALAGACAR your ADMIN STAFF LET YOU DOWN

Fabulous experience from start to finish! We were in our car with driving directions quickly and the car was just like we ordered. Upon return we were running late for our flight and they made it so easy for us to hop on the shuttle and make our flight which we so appreciated! We would definitely rent from Malagacar next time we are in Malaga!

We've been renting from Malagacar for 10 years ...never problems not even in case of damage ...top

As a loyal customer for over 10 years, (I have just booked again for this coming May) I have read with interest some of the recent comments re the fuel policy. Historically, I have paid for the rental PLUS had a charge for some fuel has shown on my invoice. Do we now not pay for any fuel at the time we pick the car up then - just the rental?? If we have to return the car with the same level of fuel in, then I assume our fuel cost is what we have used during our rental i.e. return it with the same level we got at the beginning.

Thanks for contacting us. The vehicle will be returned with the same fuel level as it was rented. If it is not returned with the same fuel level, the amount corresponding to the missing fuel will be charged. We do not charge refuelling service.

Easy booking procedure, reasonable costs, good quality cars. Reception at airport is good in the arrivals area and the short journey from the airport is efficient and quick. The staff in the office are polite and considerate and do not push extra insurance or unwanted upgrades. Perfect experience every time! I have personally been renting cars with Malagacar several times a year for many years and have recommended this company to many friends and family members. I would also love to join the Malagacar VIP program due to loyalty and previous booking history.
