After booking the Volkswagen 7 person on the site, you get after two days that they don't have any more, while they are still on the site, it's a shame that we now have to rent a car elsewhere after almost 7 years of satisfaction.

For 4 years I have rented a car many times a year from MalagaCar in Malaga. Always a great price and a fantastic car! Pick up/drop off, fast and without problems. Had to go back to the Netherlands a week earlier due to a funeral and immediately received a refund on my credit card. Fantastic, my compliments!!!!

Have been hiring from malagacar.com for a number of years. But not again this year we booked a fiat doblo, were given keys for a Renault kangoo when we tried driving out of malagacar the gear shift came off in my hand, on further inspection some of the tyres were very worn, all in all this vehicle resembled a battered builders van. I informed a member of staff of the problems with the vehicle and was just told to wait there. After a long wait we were given another vehicle with no apologies at all. In our opinion the first vehicle we were given was totally unroadworthty and a death trap. We will be booking elsewhere next time.

We are regular clients of Malagacar.com which we have used for many years. The condition of the cars and the service we receive from the staff is excellent. Second to none! In the past, we have had no hesitation in recommending Malagacar.com to numerous people and we will continue to do so in the future.

Just completed another booking with you and everything was very satisfactory, efficient service at the office when collecting the car,the lady driver who took us back to the airport terminal was most courteous and helpful, a really excellent service at a very competitive price, will for sure book with you next time.

I hired a car twice with them. Both times , the car had a problem . The 1st time, the windows can't go down , i called them they asked me to drive there to get it fixed . They fixed it and couple days later same problem. I had to drive there again and they finally changed the car. The second time , same problem with the car. they give me another car. I had the second car for 1 month , i returned it , after 10 days i didn't have the deposit yet. When you call they claimed they release the deposit 7 days after you pick up the car. I don't know if i will get that 1100 euros back 1 day. as long as they might be cheaper than the other big companies, their professionalism is not commendable.

Thanks for contacting us. The first car was working properly. The window could not go down because it was locked (driver door button) so the system was not broken.
About the deposit, you are right so was not refunded by mistake. I have just done it.

Just returned from Estapona having once again rented our car from Malagacar. This is probably about the 14th time without any hassle or problems with this company. The cars are always first class and on many occasions we have had a nearly new car. This time we had a free upgrade .Thank you Malagacar. The staff are always friendly and efficient and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Our cars for our November and May holidays are already booked! The prices are always fair and reasonable.

15-30/9 2018. 15 days for 116 Eur. What a bargain price. Half tank-half tank policy is great. A brand new 5 door Seat and an excellent service. No disguised surprise costs. The best was, I was going to pick up the second driver at Malaga Airport 2 days later. I could park the car at Malagacar, take the bus, wait at the airport 3 hours because of the delay. Got the bus back with my friend and pick up the car again. Parking costs very much at the Airport parking. No stress no worries. What a service. This was my 5th spotless experience with Malagacar.
