I have been a regular customer (pandemic aside) sine 2004, and have used no other Malaga car company since then - and for good reason. Good value and good service, but also great flexibility. It was great being back to pick up a car late last month after 18 months away due to travel restrictions - but cars booked for future visits over coming months and looking forward to returning and hiring again from Malagacar.

 I have been with Malagacar for more than 15 years and I have not had a single problem, the people are very helpful, very friendly, always listening to the customer. You don't have to change anything, for me the best in Malaga.

I have used Malagacar for almost 8 years, and it has been a pleasure. Quality, reliable and no fuzz. But something has changed in the 2 years that COVID-19 has kept me from travelling to Spain: The prices for the cars are much higher (than they use to be). Also outside high season the prices seem to have been much higher than 2 years ago. What has happened? What is the reason for that? @Malagacar.com NB. Despite the price increases, Malagacar is still my preferred car rental company. But I would still like to know the reason for the higher prices.

This was my first time booking with Malagacar.com and what can I say? It won't be the last time. From the pick-up at the airport to the friendly staff, uncomplicated delivery and pick-up, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back. Bernd
 

Always good experience with this company, full-pack insurance on it and never any hassle.

We always use Malagacar for their good service and also this year we got an upgrade car Renault Megane. A fine car no problems and enjoyed driving through Andalusia See you next year Adios Onno

Our experience with Malagacar was not very recommendable. We had the full-pack rental. They gave us a car that was fine and new, but it had a screw in the tire and was leaking air. The roadside assistance is lacking—they don’t answer the phone, the QR alert system isn’t monitored, so they don’t contact you. Luckily the issue was tire pressure loss and not an accident, because they take a long time. Vehicle pick-up times are very slow—they make you wait for a shuttle to the office. There’s zero priority with the full-pack rate. I wouldn’t repeat.
