Last summer I rented 2 cars, 1 car with fuel half empty, 1 car with completely empty tank. I had to fill it up after 1 km as it was really empty. I sent an email notifying Malagacar, no reaction received.At the return of the car I only put in 20% of tank in order to have sufficient to return. Malagacar then charged my creditcard for filling it up as their policy is half/half....but mine was empty. I complained,showed my petrol ticket of filling up just around the corner at the first day.....they refused to even apoligze. I've neve come accross with such incorrect reaction and will advise nobody to use MalagaCar.com. Apart from that fact, the whole reservation system which you have to fill out before renting it is completely useless as they ask you to everything again upon arrival and you have to wait hours and hours to get your cars.....travelling with a small child I will NEVER use them again.

I have been using Malagacar for quite some time and they are a great company to rent from. Unlike other rental companies they are transparent and they will look after you. I do not need to look anywhere else because I know that it will be a positive experience with them.

Theres an Argentinian guy working guy. He attended me with a very bad attitude. He acted like if he giving me the car for free. By the way, at the end I didn't get the car. He made me go back to airport with my suitcases, get a bus, go to Marbella, go back again to airport & never got the car. Hes a bad guy. Bad person. He doesn't deserve to be facing the public. He gives a bad picture of a great company. Cause I rented there (Malaga airport) before, never had a problem. But this time, it was & going to be, my last time to go to that office & see that miserable face.

The staff is very unpleasant! No damage was noted on the contract although the car was in very poor condition. There were dents and scratches everywhere!! The fuel tank was supposed to be full, but it was only 3/4 full! I had to go back to the office twice to get it corrected, and the employee was very unpleasant. What is shown on the website gives the impression of impeccable service, but that is not the case — quite the opposite. I want compensation.

Been with you for about 3 years now, have just returned home after a weeks holiday and your service was brilliant as always, you supplied me with a very nice car which was very new. Thanks for your service and look forward to seeing you soon. Regards

We have used this company for a number of years for various types of vehicles. Very efficient, safe and very good service overall. This year we had to make 2 adjustments while in Spain to accommodate our needs. The company fully refunded the difference from the original quote very promptly. Excellent.

Best car rental on Costa del Sol. I've used these people a few times now. Very good prices, efficient service, great staff,. shuttle took about 2 minutes and no issues with the cars or fuel. Highly recommended Cheaper than hiring in resort (Fuengirola). Thank you

Perfect car: 12600 kms. Clean. Efficient staff. The only problem is that the shuttle is difficult to find at the airport.
