After over 50 hires with Malagacar, why would i go anywhere else. Some companies are cheaper if you shop around BUT you will not give you the service and Great cars, On the occasion that I had a problem, it was all fixed out with a visit back to the depot, and given a replacement.

I booked a car for a client and everything was going great with the girls (Nuria and Vanesa) by phone until Saturday the 8th at 10 AM when my client arrived to pick it up and the card reader didn’t work, and in cash they said they had no change and no obligation to have it (????). Manager Fran couldn’t solve anything and sent the client to scour the airport for change. Which was impossible. One hour and fifteen minutes later they gave him the car because they switched the card reader. Manager Fran is useless at problem-solving. A shame for the salary he’s paid.

We had booked a car for 6 days at basic rate of 109 euro, was a good deal. After arrival we were surprised about either creditcard deposit of 1000 euro, or increase to full insurance with additional costs of 90 euro (which is >80% of total sum). Felt little perplexed and was not sure how much we could get back of 1000 euro deposit supposed there was a small damage without our notice. Decided to change to full insurance, but didn't feel good at that time. There was nothing mentioned on beforehand, or on confirmation.

We have had 40+ bookings, so speaking from experience we can say excellent service from start to finish.

I have used Malagacar.com for about 12/13 years and have always received efficient service, good quality vehicles and well organised collection and drop-off at the airport.

Been a customer for over 6 years prior to that used several other companies. I always take out an insurance policy in UK to increase my cover to fully comp. this costs me another £50 a year and covers me for all car hire in Europe provided hire period does not extend 90 days no restriction on number of hires I do. Malagacar is I think fantastic, the service and organisation is second to none. I don't hire luxury cars but all that I have had have been well maintained and clean. Staff are really helpful and the pricing is fair and very competitive. I will keep using them

Still one of the best for your car hire from Malaga Airport. From the ease of courtesy bus pick up to the short transfer and slick car handover. a fast and reliable service. Special mention to Fran who is courteous and professional and exemplifies the fantastic team. A special mention to the management here that is running a great business. All the cars that we have used as clean and modern. Definitely will be our first choice to hire cars when visiting Malaga.
