Fast check-in, nice staff. No pressure for extra insurance. Car in good condition, only the child seats a bit dirty, we had to wash them down on arrival at our destination. Easy return and no extra costs which other companies often tries to charge. Will use again in next visit (and check the child seats an extra time)

First of all, praise. Our rental cars were always in order and the handling worked perfectly. We have rented a car very often.
And now a complaint, there is nothing in our customer account and nothing in the bookings either. We have already asked via WhatsApp and email and received no answer. We have another question, the internet says km free, we have booked again for September, now it says we should inform them if we drive more than 2000 km. In April we will book a car again for 2 months, then 2000km is very little.

So far, every time I have rented with these gentlemen, everything has been correct. However, this time it was extraordinary. We wanted to treat ourselves to renting a "cabrio" and booked a Fiat 500C. ... and we were very lucky to be able to BRAND NEW a red "passione" 500C with 7 km !!!.
Yes, yes: 00007km !!! and on top of that automatic.
In addition, both on collection and return, the treatment was excellent. Even with people who have been working for a lot of hours or others who are planning to spend the whole night there.
Just one comment to improve, is to provide a description of how to get back with the car, since the indications on the road are nil. I had to go around a few times to find them when we were short on time...
The rest is great.
I hope next time I can be so lucky.

Just returned (June 12, 2018) having hired another car from Malagacar. Everything ran smoothly from pick-up from airport (bit of a walk) to receiving the car, including an upgrade to a BMW 1 series that was a very good car to drive. (I always take the full pack which speeds things up). My only problem is not with the hire but I have been hiring a car twice a year for at least the last 8 years and but still only receive 5% discount. Is there something wrong with my account as I am now looking to book again for September.

Hi we no longer have our paper work or booking reference, but i would like to say we had the worse srart to our holiday ever. First time with malaga car hire and most certainly the last. We booked a car in the middle of May for a month, when we arrived there was a long queue, in the sunshine, no shade provided. After queuing for twenty minuets we we then told if we had the full package we could go inside and form a single queue, having done this we we then told to join the original line outside. Appallingly why to be treated, with no apologies from the staff. For a queue of about twenty people only two desks were open. Not a good start to a holiday, disgraceful really. However, having had enough of bad treatment we left and went a few doors away and hired a car within ten minuets, no hassle whatso ever and really lovely people. So for anyone thi king of hiring from malaga cars think again, even if they were busy this is no way to treat people who are giving you their business. Most people gave malaga cars five srars we give it none . J cook.

Was using a different company for years and switched to malagacar.com last year and have found it fantastic. Very competitive rates and efficient friendly staff. Am using them again this summer also, as are my extended family who also find them equally as good

WARNING!!! WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We have just arrived at the airport for them to say they don't have our booking and there is no car and that was it no help at all Luckily a nice person from another company help use find a car at the airport

This company is absolutely fantastic . I had to return car back a few days earlier for a funeral and they refunded me the days that i didn't use it . They are so professional and helpful . I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be booking them again . Thank you Malagacar.com

So pleased I changed from an on airport company. The whole process from arrival at the airport to driving the car was quick and easy. There were no queues in the office and the check in process was very efficient as was the return of the car. Will definitely be using you again.
