I have been renting from Malagacar for over 10 years—several times a year. I am extremely satisfied with the service, the prices, and the courteous staff. The cars are technically flawless; refueling is correct and fair. From 2019 onwards, I plan to rent a car of 3rd or 4th price class on over 180 days at various times—main rental period from October 1 to April 30. I kindly request your proposal and offer. I have used Malagacar.com many times, and it is always hassle free both when picking up and returning the vehichles. Shuttle to and from airport is very quick and frequent. No attempts to sell additional services and insurances. You get what you booked plus of course the fuel. Only one wish I have is that there would be a wider range of car makers. I always get a French car with very little room for long legs. Hence, only 4 stars.

First time we used you and it was easy, hassle free and quick. Everything we had arranged was available and you’re really good value. Only points which could help are providing driving directions to our resort and directions to return the car as this was our first visit to the area. That said we did manage fairly easily. We will definitely use you again, thanks.

Good service, but no answer on e-mails about forgotten Belkin-loader and cable. That's why I give 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Would recommend them !

Easy to use web site with clear detailed quotations for hire period.No confusion about deposits ,insurance excesses or full/empty fuel tanks.All very straight forward and quick Courtesy bus available without any waiting and hire depot is only two minutes from arrival Car was as described in new condition and clean and ready to go. After booking the Volkswagen 7 person on the site, you get after two days that they don't have any more, while they are still on the site, it's a shame that we now have to rent a car elsewhere after almost 7 years of satisfaction.

For 4 years I have rented a car many times a year from MalagaCar in Malaga. Always a great price and a fantastic car! Pick up/drop off, fast and without problems. Had to go back to the Netherlands a week earlier due to a funeral and immediately received a refund on my credit card. Fantastic, my compliments!!!!

Have been hiring from malagacar.com for a number of years. But not again this year we booked a fiat doblo, were given keys for a Renault kangoo when we tried driving out of malagacar the gear shift came off in my hand, on further inspection some of the tyres were very worn, all in all this vehicle resembled a battered builders van. I informed a member of staff of the problems with the vehicle and was just told to wait there. After a long wait we were given another vehicle with no apologies at all. In our opinion the first vehicle we were given was totally unroadworthty and a death trap. We will be booking elsewhere next time.

We are regular clients of Malagacar.com which we have used for many years. The condition of the cars and the service we receive from the staff is excellent. Second to none! Just completed another booking with you and everything was very satisfactory, efficient service at the office when collecting the car,the lady driver who took us back to the airport terminal was most courteous and helpful, a really excellent service at a very competitive price, will for sure book with you next time.
