I had a great experience with Malaga Car. I hired a Zafira for 21 days in February and the price was very competitive. I would recommend that customers take the insurance package for peace of mind (which is very competitively priced) as Spanish drivers are not the best at parking cars! The return of the hired car was very easy and the shuttle bus to the airport operates virtually non-stop. I would definitely hire a car from MalagaCar again.

Today I booked a car with you for the seventh time (booking number 784396) within 1.5 years. So far I have been very satisfied. But last time I also booked an Opel Corsa, which was very scratched on the outside and dirty and filthy on the inside. In addition, the vehicle had already driven over 50,000 km. I ask you to hand me over a better vehicle on May 30th so that you continue to have a satisfied customer.

Very good rental address. Malagacar is very professional, serious, I just rented a tourist car with less than 10,000 kms, clean for 7 days. Inexpensive rental, deposit returned 2 days after the return of the vehicle. Trustworthy company. Transfer agency airport and vice versa free of charge. Well. The truth is I used to rent a car inside the airport. And I tried Malagacar. The truth is that the driver who took us to the offices was very nice. I give him a 10. And in the offices too. The car too. They gave me the one I rented, I really like that, I hope they continue like this. Since I don't like being given another car. This summer 2017 I have rented again with this company. I hope the delivery is very fast, since I always take the total complete with preference. In other companies, the maximum I have waited has been 15 minutes at most. Thank you Malagacar.

Last Friday March 31st we booked a car and we received an email telling us that we will have the confirmation in 48 hours, after two days and not having receive any answer we contact the company and we were they told that our booking didn´t exist “ maybe it was lost in the system “ I quote. After forwarding them their answering email and contact them again, we were told that we should have supposed that no confirmation email meant no car availability as in fact it was ... worst costumer service ever... !!!!!!

Last Friday, March 31st, we requested a vehicle and received an email saying that we would receive confirmation of our reservation within 48 hours. After this time and not receiving a response, we contacted the company and were told that they had no record of the reservation "maybe it got stuck in the system" they told us. After forwarding the aforementioned email and contacting them again, they tell us that we should have assumed that if they had not answered us it was because the car was not available and that it definitely was... the worst customer service ever seen...!!!!!!!

Please tell me what type of vehicle you had requested and I will try to help you although what I would really like to know is when you called us (day and time) so that I can know who answered the phone in such a way. If you indicate the phone number from which you made the phone call, I will be able to know at which workstation it was answered.
