Good afternoon! On Sunday, March 12, my wife went to reserve a car to go to Madrid, from March 24 to 27, and she didn't even have time to open her mouth when a man put her on the street. He told her that he wouldn't rent her anything if she didn't have a boarding pass or flight. The truth is that this is not the way to treat a new customer. In the end, we went to Marbesol and they treated us with dignity and of course we rented with them. Regards

This company is fabulous providing nothing goes wrong. Back in September we hired a car from them. Unfortunately whilst driving up to the golf club a golf ball hit our windscreen and made a small hole. We obtained a letter admitting liability from the golf club and took it to this car hire company. They changed the car without question and took the letter from us. What a fantastic company or so we thought. On our return home we noted that malagacar had taken over 400 euros from our card. They had lost the letter from the golf club! I am still trying to chase this up over 6 months later to no avail. So beware, I acknowledge if nothing goes wrong with your car it is a good place to hire a car. However if you should have any problems you will certainly pay the price.

Used this company 9 times last year and have used them 3 times so far this year with 4 further rentals booked. I use this company because airport pick up is prompt, no queues to collect the car, good cars, fast drop off and rapid transport to airport. I recommend this company

When you rent a car, you never know where they're going to sneak in some extra expense or how long it's going to take to start your trip.
In our case, the entire process of delivering and returning the car was done at the Malaga train station and it was all very easy and without surprises.
Just to mention that the car inside was poorly reviewed (the glass of the dashboard indicators were dirty and you could hardly read the indications). I mention it because if they improve in that small aspect, the satisfaction would be complete.
Despite that, if I return to the area, I will not hesitate to contact Malagacar to rent my vehicle.

I rented a brand new SKODA SUPERB from YOU, and I must say that the service you gave me was EXCELLENT, and the car, incomparable to the rest of the VOLKSWAGEN group, a WONDERFUL machine, since I did about 1500 kilometers because I went up to FITUR-MADRID, and it was GREAT, very comfortable, fast, safe, in short, a long etc. that means that next year I will rent the same model from you again, since I had to take my colleagues from the WINERY to FITUR and the truth is that they also loved how comfortable and spacious it was. Now, what I liked and appreciated the most was the all-inclusive rate, which I found very well priced and with good conditions.
