Very little formality and professionalism... I had reserved a van two months in advance and at pick-up they told me that without a flight number I wouldn’t get the vehicle... When I called and specified I was renting privately, the girl told me to enter four zeros in the flight number... One day before my vacation... no vehicle. Terrible.

Very trustworthy, no problems. Car in great condition, large selection. Great and fast service (pick-up from the airport to the very nearby car rental and back). Anytime again, highly recommended!

We have used Malagacar for approx. 7 years now, 2-3 times per year and never had any problems, I ran into a low barrier earlier this year and all costs etc to them were sent to me, a complete breakdown and photos which I needed as I had taken out insurance here for the excess. They took they money from my credit card (as expected) and my insurers paid out without any problems due, I am sure, to the documentation that I received. We will continue to use them as they are always welcoming and helpful.

We have booked Full-pack insurance and we have paid what was contracted. No damage, no additional petrol costs, no problem.

Hello, last year we rented a vehicle from you and were very satisfied with the welcome at the airport, the shuttle driver and the person in your offices, the latter spoke French which is very pleasant. We recommended your company to 3 people who were very satisfied. This year at the end of September we booked a vehicle, we had a Megane, a model that had been well used both inside and out. While driving and doing a bit of mountain driving, the car did not move forward so we returned to Malaga to change our vehicle, no difficulties for the exchange, there we had a SEAT LEON no worries, the only inconvenience was that it forced us to do 100 km to change cars. I will come back to MALAGA CAR without problems but with a requirement for a recent car. Always very satisfied with the welcome. It would also be good to retain your customers. See you next year.

First time using Malagacar.com, decided to try, after reading reviews. No problems with any of the process- representative easily identifiable in arrivals lounge, short(ish) walk to transfer point, and few minutes drive to office. Was one of several customers to collect car, but only 5 mins or so wait for rep to become free, and 5 minutes to sort paperwork. No hard sell on additional insurance. Car class as requested (Kia Ceed), and Low mileage (11,000 km). And rather more than the 1/2 tank fuel that was per booking. Trouble free driving, and quick return with only slight delay in transfer back to terminal. I will certainly use again. Thank you Malagacar.com for a hassle and stress free rental!

Very good experience with MALAGARCAR.COM.
Booked via the internet and everything was correct. Picked up at the airport, car was ready, clean and half full with diesel. Total price was even cheaper compared to booking. Returning the car was also super easy. No fuss about a dirty car, damage control was minimal, transfer to the airport was also super arranged. All in all, very positive. We drove a BMW 318 diesel for 6 days about 1000 kilometers for less than €150 including half a tank of diesel!!
