Fantastic car hire company, have stuck with them for 15 years. Even helped me out when I forgot my licence one year and got a copy of it from DVLA so I could take the car! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Best prices, best service.

Dear Sir or Madam, I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years and rent from you several times a year. Everything works out great. Your staff is friendly and competent. For 2 years now I have been retired and often stay in my house in Marbella (see master data). Since I don't have a vehicle at the house, I like to rent from you in the future. The time frames are between 3 and 5-6 weeks. I could imagine that a special discount is possible that is automatically deducted from the invoice (I know it's possible - other customers). Please email me the new conditions and register the discount. I will probably rent again from June 26th, 2019. My sons Ronadl, Holgen and Markus are also loyal Malagacar customers. Been with this company many times with no problems. On this occasion I picked the car up at 0200 in the morning and started driving to Nerja, I was tired and just wanted to get to my villa. Within 10k on the motorway my empty fuel light came on, the car had been given to me empty. I left the motorway and eventually found a petrol station not a good start to the visit. I spoke to Malaga car and they rejected any responsibility. Be careful and check your petrol before you start or go to a company who has greater respect for customer care

The car was rented to you with 2/8 of fuel so this is with 12 liters of fuel. So you could drive about 170 kms. Malaga – Nerja is 78 kms. Since a few months ago We don’t charge for fuel so this is why the car was rented with 2/8. This fuel policy change has been requested by most of our customers and very well received.BASIC RATE INCLUDES
Fuel policy same-same. 
Partial Damage Cover and theft with excess (CDW) and occupants insurance.
Roadside Assistance with charge.
Free cancellations & amendments.
Mileage included: 150 km/day. The excess daily mileage will be charged at 0.40 €/km.
VAT included.
The vehicle will be returned with the same fuel level as it was rented. If it is not returned with the same fuel level, the amount corresponding to the missing fuel will be charged. We do not charge Refueling service.

I can recommand everyone to hire a car at this firm. Most of the time we got an upgrade. The last time, we got an (group C) Renault Clio 0.9 litre. This car is not realy great if you have to drive into the hills. Underpowered, it's power arrives with it's turbo too late to drive easy . So beware if this car... So 1 group higher is my advice.

Dear customer, Thanks for your review. You were give a free upgrade car on May 23rd. you booked a group C and you were given an upgrade to group CE which is a small car with a minimum of 90 HP.

We have been renting a car in winter for several years (long-term rentals). So far we have always been very satisfied. But this year for winter 2019/2020 many things have changed. After several attempts to get an answer to my request, I tried it by phone but that also failed, the promise to send me the usual discount by what's app was not kept. On the next attempt they said they had already received a discount (the normal prices were the same) I feel really cheated. Unfortunately

Dear customer, the reason why your discount was not granted is because you were logged in with a wrong ID. I just sent you the booking receipt with the discount. For future bookings you must be logged in with a user number.

It was my first time hiring a car from Malagacar. The car was excellent, very quick service, easy paperwork. Returning of the car took no more than 5 minutes! Highly recommend!

Again an excellent service ( 12 + years usage ), easy paperwork process, no queue, Car brilliant ( 1km on the clock ). Easy return and airport transfer. Never look anywhere else.

What great service. I had entered an incorrect flight number and the flight was delayed for three hours and we arrived at 10.30pm but the representative was still there waiting on arrival (remember its in the hall not outside and the rep wears an orange overall) Following a short walk to the transfer bus we were at the Malaga Office in minutes - no queues!. We were dealt with quickly and courteously and our car was superb in every respect. Importantly there was no pressure to buy upgrades and no queues. On return we filled up in Fuengirola as there was no pressure to have the car full to the brim i.e. no extra charges that are often levied by other companies. Also there was no long wait and we simply got out of the car and queued for the minibus (the car was inspected but not scrutinised with a fine tooth comb) Transfer to arrivals only took ten minutes. I would never use any other car hire company when flying into Malaga Airport. If you want a stressless car hire experience then you use Malagacars.com.
