We use Malagacar.com about for 4 trips annually and have one of their cars for 5-6 months every year. We have used the company for the best part of 15yrs and I have only positive things to say... I am so comfortable with this company I take their excellent service for granted... so it is about time I offered a Review - here it is 5 STARS !!

Fantastic experience with this company. Used them on 27th September for 14 days hire. Great price and excellent quality of car. Will use again. Couldnt falt their service.

The car fiat 500 was okay, everything went good except of cigarette smell in the car. It was terrible. I almost vomited two times. The smell was really horrible. We told about that to the staff when we return the car, but he told us to write about that on the website. They havent replied for more than one month. It would be nice to get some discount, becauce the smell of the car was in absolutelly bad condition.

From the airport with the shuttle to the pick up of the car everything was very fast, the clio that had a small shock to the left rear, the employee advised us to photograph. The return of the car no problem, quick return, I am completely satisfied with malagacar, so I will use this company again.

We have used this company for many years, several times a year. They are very good. This time we left a bag with passport in the car when we returned and it was there waiting for us at the desk, when we went straight back, thank you. One thing we don’t like is that you don’t get dropped at departures anymore, which is a bit of a pain. But despite this would recommend to anyone

Excellent service once again. We used malagacar many times pre COVID and have recently used them again since. Returned car early and got a refund for days not used. Would highly recommend.

Horrible experience, scammers! They do not answer messages, it is not clear whether the reservation has been made or not. Despite the refusal of their services, the car was provided. The car NISSAN NOTE was in a terrible condition, beaten, dirty, the barrel for washing the windows was cracked, the liquid did not stay there. We paid them 170 euros on the spot and then they took a deposit of 100 euros. Naturally they do not answer the questions ‘why?’!

We were picked up and dropped off at Maria ZAMBRANO station, punctually without waiting. Pick up and drop off of the car without any problems. Impeccable service and reasonable price.

Quick handling when picking up the rented car, there was some damage to the car so I took photos in advance. Afterwards, there was no trickery to charge me for it. We had a VW T-Cross and it drove excellently! The day before the last, I had bad luck because after locking up, I needed to get something from the trunk and had left my key inside. Everything was locked, so I called the office. Luckily, we were only about 3 km away from them and they came within 20 minutes with a spare key to open the car so I could get the original key from the trunk. And this WITHOUT extra cost!! Amazingly friendly!! This was the third time I rented from them and in the future, I will certainly not hesitate to rent from them again! Big compliments and a big thank you!
 

We rented a car from malagacar.com from 20.09 to 27.09.2024. A day before the rental, we received an email form to complete, which minimised the formalities on arrival. The price was exactly the same as the booking and included full insurance. Only 1 euro was charged from the credit card. I think it was to verify the card. No deposit was taken. After checking the car, we took a photo of the fuel level as it was below half the tank. We were told we had to return it with the same level as we received it. The car had no spare wheel and no jack. Unfortunately, we did not think to check the coolant and engine oil level. After driving a few kilometres, the low oil light came on. We bought oil at the service station and kept the stamped receipt. We handed in the receipt when we returned the car and were informed that we would soon get our money back. Today is the 11th and I have sent 5 emails to 4 different accounts, but to no avail. To date I have not received a refund. I have some doubts about the honesty of this company. I can say with certainty that it is a company that provides services in quantity and not in quality. I do not recommend it.
