Rented a car for 2 weeks in September 24. It was very cheap, so I ended up with Malagacar.com. Pick-up: Service employee gave me the key, showed me where the car was parked. That was it! I drove out first and documented all the minor external damage. On the way we wanted to use the infotainment centre...unfortunately impossible as it was set to Swedish. Even Google couldn't help here. Later on, there was a permanent loss of tyre pressure and the warning message could only be reset by BMW Service. The car had travelled 65,000 km and you could feel the wear on the brake pads when braking. Return: keys handed in and done Conclusion: cheap yes, but with defects

Dear, I am not satisfied with the service. - After picking up the vehicle on 14/9, it turned out that there was no windshield washer fluid in the car. - Also, the windows were very dirty inside and not cleaned. - When returning the car on 26/9 at 1 pm, we had to wait 35 minutes before we were transported to the airport. There were more than 30 people waiting. Some people even took a taxi to avoid missing their flight. During my previous booking, I was satisfied with Malagacar.com. Unfortunately, not this time. We had a splendid experience with the company. We chose them because of the higher review scores on here, Google Maps nd TripAdvisor. Out of the more reasonably priced companies, they had the best reviews. I guess it's because they are located outside of the airport's parking. Indeed, you need to be picked up by their shuttle some 100 metres away from the arrivals hall, but their *illustrated* instructions how to get there and how to do everything make it just as easy as finding a booth underground. We waited about 15 minutes to get picked up after our flight landed at 23:00, and once at their office-garage, it was no more than 5 minutes for us to fill in the forms, pay and have the keys. No credit or debit cards are required. We even got an upgrade! The drop-off was even smoother. The location (same as pick up) is very convenient. They quickly checked the petrol tank, and we left with the shuttle: we didn't even wait for others to get on. They only picked the two of us! Truly immaculate service, would use every time in Malaga!

Poor service. Unfriendly. Dirty car! Lack of air in the tyres. Sand in the boot. Front window with small crack. We are long time customers but next time we will think about it. 

I’ve been using Malagacar for 16 + years. Never experienced a problem in all the times I’ve used them. The staff are always helpful. See you next year you beautiful people ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again had a lovely car, (LYNK & CO 01) group XG. lovely to drive, very clean, half a tank of fuel. Very satisfied with service on pick up and return. Looking for car for next September.

We rented a vehicle for 4 weeks this year. We can only recommend Malagacar. From the communication in advance to the pick-up and return, everything went perfectly and with the ‘Full Pack Rate’ we always had a safe feeling. Many thanks again to the Malagacar team.

I have been hiring cars with this company for 15 years. Highly rate their service. Staff have always been excellent. We arrived on 28 August this year and the girl who met us at the airport to take details and direct us to the bus was so rude and ignorant. I've never experienced this before as staff have always been brilliant. She was shouting at me for passing by her and going directly to the bus. She tried to snatch my booking form from me. There was a language barrier but I gave her a good telling off. She is a disgrace to your great company. Again, everything else was perfect as always.

At last, a car hire company that keeps its promise not to charge extra! A shuttle picks you up at the airport and takes you to the office to collect your car. No long queues, the car is picked up quickly and the return journey is quick too. I had opted for the all-inclusive package at €180 per week on the internet 15 days beforehand. No surprises on return. The shuttle drops you off at the airport as agreed. I recommend Malagacar.
