We were really very surprised by the simplicity and helpfulness! Arrival, drop off, pick up the car, hand the car back and drive to the airport again. In seven people, absolutely great service. We can recommend MalagaCar to everyone! THANK YOU!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely great and uncomplicated. Another car damaged us and here, too, we were relieved of our worries and everything was handled in a relaxed manner. The shuttle bus was excellent from pick up to drop off at the airport. I would rent my car here again in a heartbeat.

I made the reservation for a vehicle and when I went to pick it up they told me it was broken... cars less than 3 years old and broken... tell that story to someone else... STUPID.

I returned my car to you yesterday ref 165626. I've been using your company for years but this car was the worst car I've ever driven from a hire car company. Yes it was cheap to hire but I hired a road worthy car and this car was not made for the distance I had to drive. It felt very unsafe and when we were stuck behind very slow lorries on the hills we could not overtake as the car would not make it on time. At one point I felt like it was going to break down. It felt like it belonged to some young lad from the office who had borrowed his Gran's car. I would have paid more money for a decent car. This car should be removed from your fleet. I would also like to say that it was very very dirty, really not up to your usual standard.

Proper customer service when a difficult situation arises, was due to fly home Monday night but flight was cancelled due to the country wide power outage: Not a problem for the staff at Malagacar.com, took us back to the office and sorted me out with another car. Excellent, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, see you when we return to Malaga!

I just want to thank the staff at Malagacar. For the exceptional service they offered me today. I broke down on the busy AP7 after San Pedro . And within an hour I had a new car! The receptionist was polite and caring, concerned for my safety and efficient, all in her second language amazing. Thank you so much. Also a big thanks to the polite young man who brought the new car for me, he was delightful and I hope he got home alright as his only concern was to get me on my way. UK could learn a lot from a very efficient and polite customer oriented company ! Thank you Malagacar.

A big thanks to emilio and grace for sorting out an issue with our car hire. No fault of Malagacar but changes in flights. They dealt with the problem very professionally and quickly enabling us to get on the road. Thanks again! Mick

The office is a long way from the airport. Shuttle not easy to find. Be careful: if you get a ticket, the company will deduct 40 euros from the fine just to let you know you've been fined! Car rented quite dirty and not in good condition outside
