Top provider! I have never had so little hassle and stress with a rental car as with this car rental company. Picking up at the airport and the car was very well organised and quick. Driver's licence, ID, credit card ready. Contract follows by email. Car (Seat Arona) new with 8,000 km, clean and well maintained. When returning the car, simply park it, return the keys, load the suitcases into the car and off to the airport. That's how it should be. No bitching and hassle because of alleged scratches or the like. Many thanks for the simple and friendly handling! Super staff, very friendly. We will definitely book again in Malaga or elsewhere in Spain. Tip: the provider cannot be found via portals, therefore cheaper. And take the full rate, so everything is covered and still cheap. A clear recommendation!

We have booked with malagacar.com several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately we cannot give 5 stars this time, because upon arrival on November 1, 2021 we had to wait one hour for the vehicle. At times only 2–3 counters were open. Moreover, our car had damage to the windshield blade that we only noticed in bright backlight. It looked as if it had been sandblasted. We tried to clean the glass in various ways—unsuccessfully. Driving in bright backlight was very uncomfortable. License plate: 2483KXP. The vehicle will be returned on November 30. Despite the 3-star rating we will book again with malagacar.com. Thank you for taking note of our concern.

When we first rented a car from you we were very happy with everything. The next time (june/july) we had to shorten our rental period due to death in the immediate family and we had to return home earlier. I contacted you and asked and was told we would get a refund for the unused days.
I did as we were told and sent you an email after returning the car, telling the day and time of the return. But than nothing happened. I contacted you several times in july and august, but got no other info than it was sent to the administrative department. I asked how to get in contact with them, but no response.
We have bought a house in Spain and would be frequent customers if this was sorted out, and asked for a voucher to be used for a new rental instead, to make it easier on your part, not to have to refund money, but still no response.
Why does it take so long, why no reconnection with the customer? Please handle this, and we would be happy to rent with you again.
