Rented a car for a week, everything went really smooth. Pickup and drop to the terminal is provided as well as seamless process of taking the car from the depot.

Many thanks for your excellent service again this year. The Hyundai Tucson was a good vehicle but please will you check the power steering which I think needs attention. Many thanks, Andrew

This was our second car hire with MalagaCar - Great service, great staff, great car, great price - great!! We went with a full pack group D for our recent 10 day hire. Instructions were very easy, shuttle bus was waiting for the very short journey to the office. Short wait and within 20 minutes of getting off the shuttle we had our car and on our way. The return was equally easy. Thanks MalagaCar - see you next time.

I really do not recommend Malagacar's services. I booked a full package, but on arrival, I was told I had the basic package, so I ended up paying a €1000 deposit and €210 for a full package. My holiday got off to a bad start. I had to send an email to correct the mistake; in fact, I had booked a full package and was refunded the €210. I returned the vehicle on 14/08/23, and it has been 3 weeks since I emailed to get my €1000 deposit back. I am still waiting at this moment. Really poor service, very disappointed, and long live Marbesol!

I had the previously posted problem and they fixed it for me immediately. It was quick and solvable.
 

Good afternoon, after renting with Malagacar many times the treatment of workers is great but there are several times that you get a dirty vehicle and now a situ I have one that the brake pads super worn and every time you brake touches iron with iron. Zero security. They tell me at the time of the contract that they send it to me by email and I have had to call them 4 days later because I have been stopped by the civil guard in a control and I had less papers than those who arrive on a patera. Poor guys

We had big problems with the transport back to the terminal. We were in a bit of hurry, but the first bus was full, the busdriver informed us that we had to wait for the next one (5 minutes) , that there were 2 drivers.. the next one never came, after waiting for 15 minutes in front of their Office, all of a sudden a employee came up to us to tell us that there was a queu now and we had to go in back of the line.. We were the first ones after the full bus left and had been waiting all this time , there was no line before or indicated and there were like 8 employees running around and no body bothered to inform us. The same busdriver came back after 15 minutes and not another driver. We had to go and walk to the AirPort terminal in the rain with bags and 2 children , over the sort of highway, in order to make our flight! 

We have used MalagaCar for years and they have been great but today they clearly do not have enough staff on for the number of clients. People are queuing outside two sides of the office with more arriving every minute. There is insufficient space for the number of people queuing and the shuttle vans so it is an accident waiting to happen. In the time it has taken to tupe this the queue has lengthened to half way down the third side of the office

I would highly recommend for car hire . Waited about 40 minutes in Malaga for mini bus pick up to take us to the office . They had 2 minibuses going back and forth - the guys for them where working really hard . Once in the office , it took 10 minutes to sort the cars out , hassle free , just paid with debit card including their top insurance package and no hidden extras or credit card deposits etc . The car was really nice . Got back to the malaga car office this morning at 3:45 am , dropped car and was picked up straight away by minibus to take us to the airport terminal . Very good experience .

I am an existing customer of Malagacar.com and accidentally made a double booking but then cancelled them both. When I arrived they could have charged me at the rate on the day but they honoured the price on my booking. We'll done malaga car i will be using your service for many years to come.
