Another 5 star service from Malagacar!! They are most definitely our go-to car hire service provider in Malaga. Prices are very competitive and fair. No hard selling upon arrival. Easy transfer and fast service all round.Conveniently positioned within a few minutes drive of the airport- and easy to find . Muchas gracias Malagacar.. you're simply the best!!

 Always perfect service and a great car. Have been renting here for several years, so top!

Never had an issue for last 8 years cant fault them. However this year I left small bag in car, on return an hour later to retrieve only to find £200 had been taken. Got told to get police but had plane to catch. Not happy with them this time

BEWARE. Have failed to refund security deposit after 20 days and numerous emails reminding them without response. Car was returned and confirmed fully refueled withno damages.

Ola, You gave me a car with a crooked steeringweel so if i make a turn tot the left ore drive straigt de car was not nice to ride. I try to make a complaint but the guy in the garage said he dont speak good english and let me zit vor over an half our then i asked him again how we can solved this, but he said his english is not good... so i left. I paid about 160 euro for 1 day so i would have a good car en thats not happend. So i am not happy for the car en the treated badly.. Raymond Kempers

I have been renting vehicles with MalagaCar for many years! Always first class service and good vehicles.

Again and again! We were very satisfied with the car. The interior was not quite as clean. Nice staff. Pick-up and drop-off without any problems. At the airport, don't wait under the "white roof" but look out for the minibus. We will book MalagaCar again. Travelled as a couple, in September 2021 for 2 weeks.

What to say this time? On the 26th of September, only that a guy put an English couple through another door, not respecting the line that the rest of us were in, and when I reproached him for this, he just looked at me with a bad face and asked me if I had a Full-pack rate, I answered him that where was the Full-pack line, and that yes, I had it and what was the reason for having put those people in the queue, he lowered his head, but it was clear that he charged some extra "commission" for putting people in the queue, as he was going around the queue, why didn't he ask that from the customer service office to those of us who were in the queue? I didn't want to go any further with this "element" that you have there, and also thank another guy, I don't remember his name, the disposition he had to solve a problem I had with my cards, an exquisite treatment he had with me, I say both the bad that happened to me and the good, zero stars for that "element" and five for the other guy, greetings.
 

Upon arrival at the office, I was nicely helped and checked the car which turned out to have some paint damage but that was fine according to the lady from Malagacar and because I had full insurance it was also no problem according to her. Just to be sure, I took some photos.
After a week I returned the car and indeed there were no comments, everything was arranged smoothly and I was taken to the departure terminal by the shuttle bus. So everything went well and everything was well arranged.
