Have used Malagacar for several years now. Prior to that used several other rentals. Never have a problem with Malagacar. Cars are usually excellent. Have never let us down. Check out and in is fast. Staff are friendly and efficient. Being a regular customer has its benefits.

Ask for the shuttle service, or you will end up driving long distances before reaching your destination. Car was not clean. Affordable price, but make use of the shuttle, I recommend it!

I am hiring for the 10-15th time already. Last car in July was crap and completely damaged and engine did not have any power - I told you when I returned it. Now, I reserved again and put in the notes to get a better car this time - I asked yesterday is the car ok now and yes, yes, ... well when looking to it yesterday it was completely scratched, inside was dirty, but really dirty, when I was on the road in the dark I did not see anything as the front window is so dirty. When I arrived in my garage driving to Estepona I saw the front bumper is lose and will fall off... I did sent immediately a mail this morning, again a contact form this afternoon, now I am calling and calling and no one available. So, in my opinion you give the worst and most damaged cars to people like me reserving full pack because we don't care about damages, but trust me I do - I do not want to be seen with a damaged car at all. Ok, you don't respond, you don't solve it ... if the bumper falls off I will leave it on the road and call the police. Think you lost a customer coming to Malaga 6 times a year. This is really very bad and against all you write on your website. Again, how will you solve this ? Dany De Budt - contract 102174816

What a top service! Shuttle bus ready at the airport. Perfect pick-up and drop-off. Neat and almost new car. Highly recommended!!!

I have used Malagacar for a number of years, on the whole a good experience, but please beware of one major thing that they do NOT get right…. Pick up from airport is a nightmare & generally always has been…. Generally lots of customers waiting for minibus transfer & it is chaos…, No system, no proper queue, it’s a free for all & if you miss out on a seat on the bus it’s a lottery whether you get on the next time when it returns 15 mins later. Last night (16/8/23) waited 40 mins to get to the office to then have to queue again to sort out the paperwork. This is not isolated incident for me, has happened a few times before & very much doubt I will use them again. Be prepared for a VERY LONG wait in the heat for your ‘Not so swift’ transfer from airport to their offices!!

10/10!! I have used this care rental company for years, and never had a problem. Competitive rates if booking via their website, and very swift ad efficient pick and and drop off service at the airport. Friendly staff (bilingual) and they do not give you the hard sell upon arrival. It is the best car rental company on Costa del Sol. Very friendly Staff and easy acsess to the car rental. I allways use them.
