Another successful car hire experience. 2 cars for a 8 person golf trip. Pick up and drop were very very simple. Cars ideal. We have been using Malagacar for many years.

Disgusted by your underhand ways of working. I booked an inclusive package that included everything so was due to have no more fees added. You added about 50% to my booking when I collected the car. Then, two months later, out of the blue, you took a further unwarranted payment from my card, an additional £128, for no reason. There was no outstanding charge from the previous car rental at all. I have contacted you four times via three different methods over the last two months to request that the (fraudulent ) transaction is cancelled, and I have been completely ignored, so the fraudulent fee is still owing on my credit card. I would recommend that people avoid you unless they don’t mind checking their credit cards for excess / unwarranted payments.

The online booking, vehicle pickup and drop-off, and the shuttle service were all perfect—I have no complaints about the service itself; everything was excellent. However, there were several issues with the car... The tires were very low on air—I was sliding in roundabouts and around corners, so I had to stop at a service station to inflate them. The interior of the windshield, the rearview mirrors, and the rear window were very dirty; I had to buy cloths and cleaning products to clean them. Finally, the brakes made a very unpleasant noise throughout the entire vacation...

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, despite some initial reservations. Booking and picking up the car were incredibly fast, and the vehicle itself was clean and in excellent condition. Customer service was exceptionally responsive, and the option to extend the rental was a real plus. I highly recommend this service. However, if you plan to return the car on the day of your flight, make sure to allow a little extra time for the shuttle bus.

The transfer to and from the airport terminal took too long, from the terminal around 45 minutes and to the terminal around 30 minutes. I’m not used to a that poor service from Malagacar.com

All ok. Very well organized. The car interior was not cleaned 100% otherwise all ok
