Picked up the car on Friday morning(3am) and the service was quick and easy. The car was ready and we left the garage 10 minutes later. Also quick and easy to drop it off and straight to the airport terminal. The only negative thing for me is that the car was displaying an overdue service requirement every time we got in (90 days). Which I know isn’t a big deal but you just dont want to see it when driving. Also we had a white Mercedes which was bashed a few times (obviously some people not used to narrow streets in Spain) which could’ve been covered up. Would definitely use them again 

That the car is serious scratched is no problem , the car drove perfect but the interieur and specially the windows where very poor cleaned. Driving in daytime with the sun on the frontwindow was barely impossible , The entire windshield is covered in suction cup marks. My advise : clean the windscreens, clean the steering wheel and clean the radio frontscreen and spray on a nice scent to increase the customer experience and to be distinguished from the rest

I feel the need to write my review, because it could help other people. I booked a car last week, and I am very satisfied with the organisation and value for money with Malagacar.com. Picking up the car, lasted for max. 10 minutes, they don't make a fuss when you pick up the car with scratches. I had some bad experiences with big name car rentals, and this is very convenient for the customer. Everything is fully covered,and the transportation to and from the airport is fantastic. I don't know how it works when you do have a damage, but from my experience they are casual, convenient and professional. Returning the car lasted for 5 minutes. I am really satisfied.

The best company I’ve used. We had a tire problem, within 30-40 minutes they sent a car and gave us another car —no deposit required. Friendly service.I recommend them 100%.

Once again we have had a really great experience with you. We have hired a car with since 2017 ( except the COVID years). We have always found the cars clean and ready to go. Last year we had a puncture late evening, after making sure we were safe at our apartment you had a replacement car with us first thing in the morning. Will continue to use you and recommend you to others. PS liked your new automatic car collection service which has reduced the queue.

Only slight problem was when I was allocated my car I was given the keys and told it was a Ford Puma located behind the office in the usual place to collect. I went out there and there were no Ford Pumas. I walked around a couple of times with my luggage but still couldn’t find it. I then asked a member of staff and he found it past where you return cars towards the far side of the building. Not ideal. Also when I returned the car there was no one around to check the petrol so I found a member of staff who was checking another car and he abruptly told me to just leave the keys in the car which I then did. It was a shame he couldn’t have been friendlier and more polite given I was the customer.
